Had the brisket plate with 2 ribs added on. The mac and cheese is cool as long as you enjoy Velveeta and no seasonings, the baked potato salad was first to be put on the plate next to the meat, so it was warm, overly cheesy. The meat- the seasoning was on the fat, there is more fat than meat, the meat is not smoked, it's burnt grilled then cooked in an oven. It's not true bbq. The staff doesn't talk or make eye contact, or ask what kind of sauce you want, nothing. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

Dont eat here unless you want the best melt in your mouth Brisket you've ever had in Washington state! Especially the fatty part. I love the pickles and the coleslaw is so fresh, crisp and light. The pulled pork is awesome. The Mac and cheese is good but can be too smoky. I do not like the tiny cornbread pieces and neither does my 7 year old, so we can't eat there with him because that's usually all he'll eat at a BBQ spot. BUT, the prices are amazingly cheap for the high quality food. I Love this place. Wish they had french fries and better cornbread though....

Food lacked seasoning and the baked beans had a chemical taste to them. The corn bread little cakes were blah and Mac and cheese was poo. You’re better off buying yourself a Webber grill and making your own food. Just my opinion. Dudes were super nice. Their food just sucked.

Ordered pork ribs, brisket, jalapeño cheddar sausage link, broccoli salad, and washed it down with a beer. 10/10 would recommend. This spot is now in our top 3 BBQ shops in western WA. Being a born and raised Texan, I’m often disappointed in the brushed up here… NOT TODAY—their brisket is absolutely delicious and melts in your mouth.

Friendly service, juicy bbq, delicious sides. Juiciest chicken I have had in a long time. Very unique potato salad that had cheese in it but it made it even better! Bbq sauce is spicy but not too hot and the prices were extremely fair for the quality of the food/portions.

We ordered brisket, ribs, burnt ends, mac & cheese, pickles, and coleslaw. The brisket was really good, especially the fattier parts, same with the burnt ends. I think the ribs could've used a little more cooking, since the meat wasn't easy to get off the bone like it should be. Sides were excellent, especially the coleslaw.
