Excellent restaurant for takeout or lunch! My companion had the brisket, and I got the pork, and both the meat and the sides were delicious.

Went in there near closing and purchased cold, shriveled sausage, dry brisket and potato salad gunked with sour cream. The slaw was decent. No chicken left as we're a few other meats they were out of for the day. Service was good and friendly. Will never go back.

I do not write this to bash the business I wish the best for them. I write this as constructive criticism in hopes they will see this and make a change. The macaroni was the worst macaroni I’ve ever had in my entire life, tastes like gooey plastic without no flavor of cheese whatsoever. The potato salad was also very bland with no flavor and tasted like a baked potato with no toppings so basically just unseasoned potato was the flavor. Brisket was alright but very greasy. Jalepeno sausage was also alright but very greasy and cold on the inside. The inside of the building was also so cold that my food was colder than room temperature within 5 minutes before I had eaten even half of my food. Service was fast and they were nice but I hope you see this and make some changes.

First time here and it didn't disappoint. Had brisket with mac and cheese, coleslaw and beans. Brisket was so tender and flavorful. Bbq sauce was to the point as well. Online ordering was a breeze, service was quick and friendly. Restaurant was clean. Will be back for sure.

Food had good taste but it was cold. Even inside the restaurant was cold. The service was fast and looked like they had everything prepared. I wish the corn bread was bigger.

Our favorite BBQ joint in Pierce county. Their brisket is delicious, even better their fatty brisket! It's so addicting. Also a favorite of ours are their pulled pork sandwich on a brioche bun. Their ribs are great also except they sell out fast. Our last time there they were sold out so my ribs craving hasn't been satisfied but we'll definitely will be back time & time again.

Extremely friendly staff and some of the best bbq in Pierce County. Have to try their Mac and cheese and baked potato salad.

Sorry guys, I've been wanting to try this place for a long time. Talk about being disappointed. Ordered a pulled pork sandwich, with brisket, Mac'n cheese, and coleslaw. Both the pulled pork and brisket(really dry, couldn't finish it) were so dry and not a lot of flavor had to drown it in bbq sauce(tastes like sweetened ketchup). Half the Mac'n cheese was dried out as well(could finish it either) . The coleslaw was pretty good though. Staff seemed friendly, and place was clean. Maybe I caught them on a bad day after the holidays. Either way, this was one of the biggest let downs I've had in a while. The search for good bbq in the pnw continues.
