One of the best shawarma spots I’ve tried! The meat is always juicy and well-seasoned, and the garlic sauce is just perfect. The portions are generous, and the wrap is nicely toasted. Staff is friendly, and service is quick even when it’s busy. Definitely a go-to spot for a good shawarma!

I tried the Shish Tawook at Narrows Gyro, and it was absolutely fantastic! The chicken was perfectly marinated, tender, and grilled to perfection, with a smoky char that added incredible depth of flavor. Each bite was juicy and packed with authentic Mediterranean spices that made the dish truly stand out. Their falafel is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and packed with authentic Mediterranean spices.
The atmosphere is casual yet inviting, making it a great spot for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. The portions are generous, the ingredients fresh, and the flavors authentic. Whether you’re a longtime Mediterranean food lover or trying it for the first time, Narrows Gyro will not disappoint.

The food I received was inedible- cold, undercooked and tasteless. The pita bread was, no joke, provided to me in the packaging from the grocery store. It was cold and stale. The olives were the type you get from the grocery store in a can (regular, sliced- not kalamata). The restaurant was empty, which was a huge red flag. I took several bites and threw the rest of my food away. A complete waste of money. Also their online order system is inaccurate- they don’t have half of the food and clearly can’t be bothered to update it. Never again.

I wish I could comment on the food but I was never given my order... I came in this last Friday evening after placing an online order. When I got there, the place was quiet but had about 10 customers all seemingly waiting for their orders. There was no one at the front counter for 5 minutes, which is just wild to me. I could somewhat hear employees in the back but no one came out for a while. When someone did finally come out, he couldn't find my order. I showed him the receipt on my phone and he still couldn't find it. He said he "needed to call the owner" and then went in the back again. He came back after a few minutes, ignored me and asked the family that just walked in behind me, what they wanted to order. I could see that I was already being disregarded so I left. I ordered from my usual goto, that I will never stray from again, Gyro Zone. I called in an order, they had it ready to go 8 minutes later.
I tried calling Narrows Gyro a few days ago to get my money back for the food I was never given but no one answered.
I won't be coming back unless it's to get a refund. I do not recommend this place.

We ordered a shawarma and they sent us a completely dried out tasteless meat. When I called the restaurant and told them that this was not a shawarma, they told me that this is how they make shawarma and that this is called shawarma. If I didn't like it, they suggested that I open my own restaurant and make shawarma. The employees are very disrespectful and make fun of you. Moreover, this is not a shawarma they make, it is just meat cooked in a pan. Definitely do not order anything from this restaurant.

Came here for the first time and ordered. We waited 45 minutes and still waiting to get our food. This restaurant really needs to work of the effectiveness of everything from dining in to online orders. I’m sitting here and people are getting pissed. Why is it taking so long. I don’t recommend this place at all. Service is awful!
