Honestly this place is hit or miss. It just depends on who’s working, the time of day, etc… I like that they have a drive thru and open late. Sometimes my rice is crunchy and dry. Sometimes it’s perfect. I got honey walnut shrimp and spicy orange chicken yesterday they gave me 3 shrimp🤦🏻♀️ other times they pile it on. Every now and then they forget a drink or sauce not a big deal but inconsistent for sure.

I am giving this specific panda location a 5-star just for Nathan! I have been so lucky to come in when he’s on shift and he is always so polite, so welcoming, and very accommodating! He never makes a face, snicker, eye roll or deep breathe in frustration when my kids or myself are being indecisive. He always answers our questions with a smile, patience and upmost respect! Somebody somewhere should make him a manager! Love him! NATHAN is his name!

I just want to take a moment to give extremely high praise to Morgan at Panda Express. She was absolutely incredible—more than just helpful, she was genuinely understanding. I came in feeling a little off and ended up confusing the à la carte side with the entrée. Morgan didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about it at all. Instead, she met me with kindness and empathy, and you could tell she truly felt my emotion in that moment.
As someone who sometimes struggles emotionally, it meant the world to be met with compassion instead of judgment. Morgan’s energy and attitude reminded me why Panda Express is one of my favorite places. She’s the kind of person you hope to encounter when you’re having a rough day. I have always loved Panda Express since I was a young child. The one thing that I have fallen in love with food wise there is the Original Orange Chicken. I have a major problem with spices but I have never had a huge problem with the Orange Chicken. It is the perfect amount of spice for me. I also love that for vegan people like my brother he can also enjoy orange chicken as well. It's called Beyond Orange Chicken. The amazing thing about this chicken is that it tastes almost like the original thing. The service there is also very good. The workers are very friendly and are very patient with difficult customers. If your looking for a good Chinese restaurant. I would recommend Panda Express!!
Vegetarian options: There are not many options but the options they do have are worth while.
Kid-friendliness: They offer a kids meal which will most likely be more than enough for a young child. They should be able to get a entree and a side.
Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely very wheelchair accessible. It's a wide open place with lots of low tables. So that really shouldn't be a problem.
I ordered using uber eats and well after opening one of the packets of my fortune cookie I had found a small bug of some sort.... this has now concerned me... I didn't notice this untill after I ate the fortune cookie... I had 3 cookies 2 large chow meins and 1 medium original orange chicken

Yes panda, give us no flavor 😒 Been coming here for three years bc it’s close to where I do laundry. There absolutely NO FLAVOR in the grilled chicken, doesn’t give the teriyaki sauce when ordering the TERIYAKI chicken. And the bland a** fried rice…half the time it’s too hard to eat
