Pao's is our go-to place when we want donuts for a group event. Easy to call ahead to order and the order is always ready on time; the donuts are fresh and inexpensive; and the staff is friendly. Hard to rate the atmosphere...a couple of tables, people in and out. One note: cash only
The doughnuts are fresh. Don't bother bringing a credit card unless you are going to an ATM because they only take cash. Don't expect to have a conversation with the employees other than your choice of doughnuts. They are not being rude, it is the way they handle business.
Looking for a 12 oz, no foam breve and a massive, TASTY donut for under $5? This is THE spot for you.
These aren't pro baristas, so you may need to slow down a little with your espresso order, but the coffee is good, and the donuts are AMAZING. The only real downside is that they're cash only, but for less than half the price of any other espresso stand in the area, it's an easy inconvenience to deal with. Oh, and did I mention that their donuts are Fantastic?
