Giving 5 stars for the wonderful employees with good customer service and good pizza and zero stars for the owner using doordash for their delivery system instead of papa johns employees.
When I placed our order I didnt know they used door dash or I wouldn't have ordered. They are a literal night mare to deal with most of the time. I watched our driver get farther and farther from our house and then make up an excuse how she didnt have our address? Pretty sure we got scammed.
I tipped her $8 in the app and ended up canceling which door dash said if I canceled i wouldn't get a refund. So the lady gets to scam us, get free pizza, and an $8 tip? How is that fair? I didnt ask for the driver to drive all over town with my cold pizza.
Please bring back the actual pizza delivery people.

I am writing this review only because of Kellis customer service. She is the nicest employee this location has. I order from here all the time and seen all the workers. Yes they are all nice but Kellis tops them all. Extremely nice and super quick and made the pizza perfect.

I absolutely LOVE this Papa John's location. The food quality is amazing every time. They are fast yet efficient and ordering online is always so easy, I literally do it while I'm grocery shopping so I can just stop there on my way home to pick up a delicious dinner. The best part though, really is the employees here. As soon as I walk in I am greeted and taken care of right away. They always make sure my extra sauces are there. If I ever move across town, I would go out of my way to come to this specific location, every single time.

Just had our order delivered. The Door dash delivery guy responded when I asked for napkins and brought them and he communicated as he had been waiting at this location for quite some time, and what we ordered is what was delivered. However we ordered 4 different items(Which is our usual order), 3 of which contained cheese. And all 3, eaten by 3 different people all stopped eating because of the awful taste of the cheese. It had a gritty texture and almost curdled like. I called and Haley answered and I explained it to her, and simply asked to have a new delivered and they could take the old ones. She told me to hang on a moment to get her manager. Not even 20 seconds went by before she was back on the line telling me that the manager had checked and said the cheese was all within the dates and that there was nothing they were going to do and hung up the line. As I went to look for a cooperate number to call, I came across "Quality Guarantee" on papajohns.com and even though I called before the 30 min time frame was up, and our food is no good, we weren't provided with their GUARANTEE of QUALITY!!!

The service at this location is always really good. Employees are attentive, proactive, friendly, and just generally very helpful. It’s rare to find in chain restaurants these days and when I’m DoorDashing it goes a long way.

Make sure to check your pizzas before leaving if you like to make modifications. I've had to drive make several times as mistakes have been made even twice in one order. It's a starter younger adult job so, I understand and have grace as mistakes can be made. The pizza is good, and you get great deals through the app. There's no bathroom or tables but the strip mall area is nice and has good vibes.
