It's pizza! The lady that works the counter at night is very good at her job. She's the type of employee companies should go out of their way to retain. I came in to pick up my order and she was very apologetic for it not being ready yet, even though it was my fault for not listening to my girlfriend, which caused me to be 15 mins early. She seemed very sincere and pleasant. I've always believed you can pay someone to show up, but you can't pay them to care. She definitely cares. I wish I would have gotten her name.

My order didn't show up on there screen... I showed her that I got the confirmation number the time I placed it and the time it will be done without hesitation she asked my order and started making it before she left.. I don't know her name... I door dash a customer wanted her pizza cut a certain way ... They cut it wrong..she told me if I see that customer let her know to call her and she will get another pizza... That Right there is a good manger boss... That customer service at its best... A happy customer is always a returning customer... Thank You Again... Sincerely a happy fat guy 😁

Great pizza, always have good deals and you can usually get out the door for under 30 dollars which is hard to do in today's pizza market. I had to take a couple stars of simply because of the location, and the kind of people that hang out around here. It feels pretty unsafe at times, and I wouldn't want to leave my car alone. Again, this has nothing to do with pizza and the staff which are great.

Been told the wait is 5 minutes but I ended up waiting 45 minutes in total. Matter of fact, I only ordered two things from the menu. Also they were not too busy, so I wasn’t sure what the long holdup was about. Please consider customers timing, that’s all I’m asking for.

I don’t normally share my poor experiences, because I don’t think it’s worth the energy, but here we are. I placed a mobile order, then went to pick it up once it showed ready. Got there, learned that my order had been given to someone else. They offered to remake it for me, which was fine. I understand it gets busy and accidents happen. We all make them. But then being forgotten about for a 2nd time, after nearly an hour of me sitting there.
I liked going here, because it’s less than 5 minutes from my house, but that was my last visit.

Order parm bread sticks. What I got was breadsticks with NOTHING on them. No butter no salt, nothing. Just plain bread. lol. How does this happen?
