This place is wild. I came in to pick up an order for two pizzas and there were two other people waiting and seemingly only one person working, Mary. One guy said he had been waiting a half hour and was going to have to wait longer so he had to go drop something st home and come back. Nobody acknowledged me. Mary called out for someone named Eunice to come help and it took multiple calls to get him to show. He began being incredibly rude to Mary doing that mocking thing little kids do where they say someone's name over and over in a sarcastic tone and kept taunting her. Still hadn't been acknowledged. Mary asks him to start making a pizza and he keeps giving her attitude while she steps out to assist me and tell it will be a few minutes. Eunice then amps up the behavior which culminates in them yelling at each other quite loudly between the little prep island and the oven. I got my pizzas and got out of there. To their credit they did come out hot and fresh, but was definitely not the ideal experience.

Use to be my favourite pizza. 3 times they mess-up my toppings. I call in on third time. They told me I will have a free pizza next time I order. It’s a lying. Make them redu your pizza right away, if they did it wrong!!!

Over charged me for the special by 10 bucks then when they were called on they gave me a credit that day and still messed up the order and to top it all off as I started to walk out the store a female employee In I'd say 40's started to run her mouth about how I only complained for a free pizza thanks to these 2 visits I will not return to papa johns

Your delivery times are fantastic and your store is clean but the pizza. I'm not sure what happened but the pizza is always flat, no big chewy crust, just flat. Over proofing the dough maybe? Always constructive criticism! Have a great day.
