I had to put my order two completely different times and the second time I placed the order the price was more expensive on the second order for the same pizza that's scandalous can't get the order right and trying to cheat customers really nice

I ordered from this papa John's a lot, so I hope there isn't retaliation, but I simply ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza without onions and to substitute it for mushrooms. Simple request. Wrong. Filled with onions. You had 1 job. And you, my friend, couldn't even fulfill one dang order. So sad. Doing this could potentially lose me as a customer. May not be a worry to you. Be more competent next time! Thanks!

I ordered from this Papa Johns for over 4 years and have never had a problem. But, today as crossed it as I had to wait 5-10 minutes just to place an order on a papa's pairings and when I came back to pick it up, insted of picking up 2 medium sized pizzas I was given papadias and the man with the white Papa John hat claimed that I did order papadias claiming papa paring never had pizzas until I had to point it out on the items description.
I got a large 1 topping pizza and a 2L soda for 14 bucks best god I love Papa John's.

First off was not acknowledge in anyway literally stood there as people were working and it was a good almost 10 minutes before I was told that the order we would not be ready for another 30 minutes, which is fine then I come back 40 minutes later and it’s still not ready. This place is a joke. People just don’t even care about the customers there. I would go to any other Papa John’s cause I love Papa John’s. I just don’t love this one. Stay away from this one horrible service

Was very impressed with the food I got the bread sticks were super soft and garlicky just the way I like them the pizza was flawless from the topping distribution a nice cheese lock and the crust was perfect and the crust was soft idk if they changed up their dough since I worked there but I would 10 out 10 recommend this location to my friends and family.
