BANGING💥 SANDWICHES! If I'm in the area I usually swing by for lunch and get the Ruben Sandwich. The place has been and for a while, I recommend getting a cold one while enjoying your meal. The place feels very rustic and full of history. The staff are some pretty amazing people. Sometimes it can get pretty packed but, I just wait it out personally.

My favorite bar in Tacoma. Closer to a pub than a bar. Love the servers and kitchen staff. All are wonderful people. And I’m a sucker for the vegan special and vegan soup. Never get anything else. My wife enjoys playing songs on the juke box. Usually not too crowded but it can be busy. Interesting and comfy vibe. Street parking can be a hassle so if you’re within a block or two and see a spot, grab it.

First time visiting, cute lil place, we only had artichoke dip and it was ok. The female waiter spent most of her time talking to a gentleman customer at the bar. I have to thank the bar tender who made a very good drink. He gets 5 stars! Not in a hurry to return but if we do, we will try a sandwich and hopefully get another good drink from bartender.

I loved the interior of this place and how it was decorated, it is a bit small inside so just know it may be hard to find seating if you're going during a busy time. I got the vegan reuben, the seitan was flavored well and i appreciated how thinly it was sliced. The portion was too big for me so I ended up getting a box. My friend got the vegan cheesesteak which was also delicious, I would definitely return here.

Atmosphere was very comfortable and casual feeling.
Drinks were beyond abysmal.
We have heard the sandwiches are amazing, so we will return and update our review then.
For now, avoid when bar crawling or looking for drinks.
This is my favorite Tacoma bar to go to. The staff are friendly and no one makes better sandwiches. They have an excellent selection of vegan food and they make all of their sauces in house. Their caesar dressing is the best I've ever had. The prices are reasonable and I can usually find a beer on tap that I like. If you haven't been here, you need to.
