Excellent broth today. Hot but not too hot. Great freshness of the basil and sprouts. Very good portion of medium and large. I loved the caliber of the tendon! Great quality procurement, flavor and texture. My partner’s brisket was tender with big pieces.
I recently visited Pho 38 and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. The portions are generous, which is perfect if you're really hungry. While the food wasn't spectacular, it definitely met my expectations for a good pho.
The atmosphere is ok and the service was friendly, which is always a plus. If you're looking for a place to satisfy your hunger with a hearty and tasty dish, Pho 38 is a good choice. I would recommend it for those times...
