There food quality and portions has gone down hill. They must have a new management. Nothing ; Bowl of pho price increased and there large size is just about thrle same as a medium. The worst part is there is barley any meat in the pho ! Its already expensive but not enough meat and noodles. Very sad for the business.

Ordered an avocado boba. It has a hint of green to it and it just tastes like ice milk. Not even sweet milk. Not a good flavor. Sad because they used to make the best. This is the last I will buy from here.

Decided to go here on my lunch break. The service was fast. The pho was good and a good portion size. I got a shrimp spring roll. That was good but the peanut sauce tasted store-bought… wasn’t bad though my avocado bubble tea was not great. I think the avocados may have been bad because it was bitter and not sweet at all. The only downside was homeless people kept opening the door and coming in and out of the restaurant.

I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school which was 2014. This used to be my favorite place to get tripe pho and their other menu items like their grilled plates. Last time I was here was a year ago and coming back today to get some food after a trip since I’m in the area.

The food has changed drastically, in a bad way. There no love in this food, it’s actually sad. The portions are pathetic for the prices they’re charging. Me and my brother looked at each other and looked at our food. There was barely any meat and the pieces of tripe were so thin and shabby I almost thought it didn’t have any. Like what happened? This used to be the place to get pho in Tacoma. Service was fine, the employees are nice, the food isn’t.

Huge bummer for me and my family but ever coming back here ever, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone anymore either, the food was so disappointing. There are better places to get pho in Tacoma and this ain’t it.

New owners do NOT take short cuts with the Pho broth! I've complimented them so many times! I've noticed a trend with vietnamese restaurants in our area trying to maximize profit by not using the bones in the broth and substituting with extra seasoning. This location makes the broth the correct way! Thank you for not sacrificing quality!

we ordered pho and ate in here. I had ordered seafood pho. When I got the pho, I noticed the clams were closed. As they sat in the broth they opened slightly. I did not know that you should not eat clams that don’t open when cooked as they can be dead prior to or have bacteria. I ate them and became very sick within minutes of eating the shellfish. I ran to the bathroom and began vomiting and became dizzy and constant nausea. The girls who were working were laughing about this and not once asked if everything was okay. I was with someone else who witnessed them laughing about me getting sick after they gave the bathroom code. I advise to be careful of the shellfish and the service. I ended up in the ER due to the bacteria and food/shellfish poisoning.

Expensive for what you get. Prices on menu do not match with the charges. We are Vietnamese and we will never go back. The food was bland. Waitress not knowledgeable about the menu.

When you ask someone where is the best pho? It’s all relative and based on preference. Our cousin recommended this place to be his favorite place. Which was not on our radar based on the blogs.

I can see why he likes this place. It’s cozy, mom and pop vibes and just basic. As in, no fancy giant beef bones or ox tail. Just purely, pho. If you want a bowl of pho, you got it.

We ordered the House Special. This only came in size large which was perfect for us to share one bowl. The broth was dark but clean. No msg. Not as beefy but a slight saltiness, probably from the fish sauce. Overall, it was decent and we approve. 3.5 round to 4.

My order of two pork banh mi sandwiches and a bun noodle salad were ready quickly. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The dining area was airy and pleasant. My sandwich had some custom changes and came exactly as I ordered. Improvements could have been in the quality of the meat which had a lot of gristle and more vegetables on the sandwiches.

Horrible customer service, when I walk in the server look at me like if I was going to ask for a free food, i choose a table and they bring menus with a really bad actitud. Of course I left, but if you work on the restaurant industry you should know that Custumer service is the most important think to make your business grow..
