I got the chicken pho and I was disappointed in the lack of aromatics in the broth. Usually pho broth is made with anise and cinnamon and it is super yummy and warming but this was sad and plain like store bought chicken broth. The spring roll seemed a little old and I didn't like the peanut sauce, too thick and dark like it was mixed with brown sugar. The pho was hot and seemed fresh though so 3 stars.

Had planned to go to another store in the plaza, but after finding out my daughter had never had pho I dragged her in her and got a table. After taking time to explain how pho is usually served and what the different options were, she ordered the tofu and vegetable pho and I got the 'all the meats' pho, as well as fried tofu for an appetizer, Thai iced tea for me and strawberry bubble tea for her.The food here is amazing. Amazing food and service. My favorite place to get Bahn Mi, particularly the pork. It is fresh grilled and served with picked carrots, onions. jalapeno and cucumber. Their spring rolls are always good too!
