SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!!!
Absolutely disgusting place. No Hello, No welcome. Not only disrespect from employees but they also will send their recycling trash, literally cartoon boxes being send to customers home so that the customers and not the business will recycle for them! This is absolutely outrages and a spit into our community! SHAME SHAME SHAME on owners of this place for hating customers!!!! Get out from out neighborhood, you are not welcomed here if you have no respect to us!!!

You get unseasoned food for 1.5x the price. And service is basically nonexistent.

The chicken and pork banh mi were great (chicken was slightly better for me). The person who took my order was very lovely and even gave me tips for what's around the area.

I usually don't write reviews but I had to give this place its props!
Plenty of seating with friendly staff made me happy to eat here with my little one.
We ordered vegetarian pho and a spring roll. Definitely going to return when in the area š

If you're craving Pho near downtown Tacoma, then head over to Pho Thanks Brother on Pac Ave near UW Tacoma. We loved the fast, friendly service, and definitely recommend stopping in if you're in the area. Highly recommend the brisket pho. Some of the best broth I've had, with a good-sized portion of brisket and noodles.

The workers here are very picky choosy when it comes to how they treat customers. Each time I come in here Iām not greeted while they greet everyone else. Itās not a big deal but when you continue to treat others with dignity and act differently with me each time it becomes transparent. Itās unfortunate especially since I am a UW Tacoma student and this is one of the more ideal food places to go to. I will not be returning here ever lol.

This Pho located in UW tacoma school, even though there pho is not the best but not the worse, but it is the only option we have for Pho, so I can get by with it. However, today incident was unacceptable, me and group of my friend got a break and I asked them to have lunch at this Pho place. we all ordered Pho, one of my friend bowl of Pho has a little bug in there. I mean, instead of saying sorry or apologize, she said the "BUG IN THE BOWL IS NORMAL, YOU ARE NOT GONNA DIE BY EATING THE BUG". It pissed me off. It showed me that the owner doesnt care for customer health and ruthless. I feel pissed and so shamed on my vietnamese people at the same time to my friends. We will never come back here, and i will ask all of my friends in the UWTacoma not to come there. this is not about personal issue anymore, I'm worry about my health and other people health and how this ignorance owner treat her customers. Obviously this place is more expensive than other place and unhealthy food plus ignorance owner. i wouldnt ever come back and either my friends. No one should ever go there.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered a chicken pho for lunch, but while eating, I found a fly in the soup. My friend notified the staff, and the lady took the bowl away without saying anything. Despite this, I still went to the cashier to pay, as I wanted to support a local business.
However, when the lady who I believe is the owner saw me at the cashier, instead of offering an apology, she shockingly said, "A fly is not dangerous, they are here and there, it's okay that it's in the soup." I couldn't believe she thought that was an acceptable response. When I questioned her about the comment, she dismissively said, "Okay, it's free for you now," in the most disrespectful tone and body language.
This was not only upsetting to me but also to my friends. The restaurant is clearly not clean, and the owner and staff showed no regard for customer service or basic hygiene. I strongly advise othersāespecially UWT studentsāto avoid this place. They do not deserve the community's business.
