I paid ahead for my order on the pizza hut app and when the delivery woman arrived she tried to make me pay then too, I told her I already paid and she got all weird. She fumbled with my order after that. There were hardly any fries in the order I made Also the pizza was kinda hard, wasn't cut all the way through either The cheese wasn't even melted on properly Very disappointed in everything

Finally after 10-15mins someone asked me what I wanted. All the while my pizza was done and sitting in the warmer. Also the sign is burnt out and the outside of the shop at night doesn't look safe.

I paid for a delivery. It not the driver fault. It's the worker fault who put the order together.. I Did not receive all of my order and they charged me a delivery fee which is fine. But my order should be checked and the other should be complete order. How hard is that

I am extremely disappointed with my current experience. I have been ordering from this establishment for the past month without any issues. As a student, my time is very valuable. I placed a delivery order, but it was missing extra olives. Understanding that mistakes can happen, I called to report the issue.
I then waited two hours for the corrected order to arrive, but it never did. If I was expected to pick it up myself, that was never communicated to me. Additionally, I don’t see why I would need to pick up the order when I specifically chose delivery and have not received a refund. When I called back, I was on hold for an hour before finally reaching someone, only to be transferred and made to wait an additional 30 minutes.
At this point, I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the service.

Ordered dinner for valentines and my hut personal box came wrong and cold and the super supreme was missing 4 toppings. Called and talked to Manager DEVIN and he sounded stoned barely talked and then hung up on me so I call back and he said I didn't talk for 30 seconds so he hung up when I was talking when he hung up . Finally got replacement pizza and it was just as bad. Woke up 2 am to everyone vomiting in trash bin ,sink, toilet and I had to rush for a bucket . Definitely paid $60 for food poisoning .... sad we had to throw away all that pizza . Oh the wings were soggy didn't eat that and the fries to my hut box smelled like old grease ...... 0⭐️

I think Pizza Hut is an okay place to go out r pizza, or to get pizza delivered from. That being said I don't see anything unique or special about Pizza Hut it just seems like everything is average the service the food the atmosphere it's all average. Not that that's a bad thing there's a lot worse places to go.

Waited an hour and 34 minutes to receive the delivery for the food the be like warm. This Pizza Hut doesn’t offer transparency with their delivery times. Their customer service was trash. I have to call 5 time with longest wait time being 15 minutes to see were the food was. The other calls either continuously redirected me, or can just drop the call completely, just to to be told that I’ll be 10 minutes away, to call agin to be told it will be another 15 minutes away. This experience Ruined my whole mood for the night. If your able it seem easier to just pick it up yourself. I ordered at 6pm and received it 7:34pm.

Delivery driver was rude and didn’t know the location he was delivering. He said I’m just going to take the food back and you can order from DoorDash instead. Really???
The curbside pickup is useless, you can't use the app or get ahold of employees. I went in with my toddler, was barely acknowledged, had the pizza barely slid over to me and didn't get an offer to even hold the door open. So I got to juggle a toddler and three boxes out the door in the dark. I was going to give a star because at least the pizza was good but the cheesy bread was doughy and undercooked. I'm a sucker for pizza hut but between how God awful the app is and how bad the service is 9 times out of 10 it's getting hard to give it a chance.

My order was over 100 dollars. I ordered honey bbq wings and only some of the wings had any sauce at all, I also ordered two 2 liters of 7-up. When I called Jason the manager was extremely aggressive and rude! I asked for my wings to be reimbursed and he only wanted to refund a small portion of of it. I would strongly advise not ordering from this place considering the person in charge is so incredibly unprofessional! I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow! I took pictures of the gross chicken wings. Hopefully corporate will take this seriously.
