Last time we ordered our pizza came soggy this time we didn’t get part of our order

Okay but not as good as it used to be by far and definitely do not order the Hawaiian did you not even have Canadian bacon that's some kind of shredded something that's just horrible worst Pizza of my life the meat lovers is the right though just not like it used to be add all the pieces I've received from there are not cut right a summer burnt and summer not even done all the way and the chicken tenders or whatever they're supposed to be are horrible and you only receive a few for the price and they're just very nasty and they're small like the size of a quarter and I can see by many many many many many other reviews that this is either a horrible location or just a horrible pizza place all together there are so many unsatisfied customers at least at this location

Pizza had no tomato paste, so I thought. The next day, it was remade by compassionate managers. However, pizza again no sauce. I guess it's going cheap, adding little to no tomato paste. Pizza was disgusting. Threw in garbage. I will try a different pizza hut. If this remains. Where they add little to know sauce. I will never go to Pizza Hut again. They used to be the best. Why go cheap and add little to no sauce. I saw no tomato paste on either pizza.

I ordered three pizzas One was the extra large New York pepperoni the other two were from the coupon for the two medium five topping pizzas for $10.99 each. The New York pepperoni was fine, no complaints. The two medium pizzas however were not good at all. The 2 medium pizzas were almost identical toppings except for one of them had extra pineapple and the other one had pineapple and banana peppers. On both pizzas the pineapple was non-existent the cheese was super thick there was no sauce underneath the cheese or if there was it was microscopic. Also, the crust was nasty....it was dense, hard and flavorless. The best way to describe it is that it tasted like the kind of cooked pizza dough you get at a grocery store bakery section. It was the driest pizza I've ever eaten

Couldn't contact the store to edit order. The customer service process goes in circles...talked to 4 customer service agents who said they would be right back only to hear the recorded "welcome to pizza hut" pizza arrived hard and cold like one that had been left on the kitchen counter all night before I could edit my order. Waste of $35

Terrible expierence. Ordered pick-up pizza online and was quoted 15 min. App started pizza was ready, but made multiple unfruitful attempts to pick up pizza. Employees were very rude and had terrible customer service. Finally received pizza after over an hour of waiting. We won't be going back here.
Over an hour no delivery. Called the store and they switched me to another store who didn't answer. Gravely lake store to stilecom store. 2 hours later no pizza and cant seem to reach them

They don’t cut the pizza, they only make the outline. They were probably working too fast and didn’t do their job properly. I had to use my own pizza cutter and had to work hard at it to make sure it was cut properly.

The wrong pizza was delivered. They took it back with them to the store to get the correct food and brought it back to us. When my pizzas got delivered to me they were cold. I was assured that I would be issued a complete refund which hasn’t happened yet.

I absolutely love this pizza hut. The food quality is amazing, the store is always so change and the employees really know for to test their customers. Special shot out to Amy, he customer service goes above and beyond expectations. Every encounter I've had with her has been very pleasant and her smile will definitely brighten your day! All the employees here are awesome. This pizza hut is blessed with a great team. Thank you all.
