GOOD LUCK ORDERING ONLINE

WEBSITE -- 0/5 -- I've tried multiple times over the last two days to make a future order from this location and each time the website just spins and spins at checkout. Tried three different web browsers, got the same result. This is also not the first time this has happened. I did some research and apparently this is a known and ongoing problem that happens from time to time. Ya'll are a billion-dollar enterprise, get your crap together.

Food -- 3/5 (standard Pizza Hut quality, it's pretty good and pretty consistent)

Atmosphere -- N/A -- I've never been in the store, only delivery

Service -- 3/5 -- Only had delivery, but the delivery folks were friendly and nice, although some don't read the delivery instructions

This pizza Hut isn't very good the managment there is terrible id suggest going to Domino's its like 3 doors down and they are a million times cleaner and better establishment overall. The pizza was so gross even my dog didn't want it. The toilet in the background is the reference to pizza Huts food as it's total garbage 🗑️

Horrible I got the wrong pizza tried for 4 hours to talk to someone call center would not help local store won't answer horrible customer service but worse pizza ever I ordered the taco pizza they forgot all the topping it was tried to give them a chance to fix it they don't answer the phone. ...boy the have really really gone down hill just wanted them to make it right got so frustrated between call center and not talking to anyone horrible

I bought 60$ worth of food from here to be verbally attacked by one of the employees for wanting to park in a well lit area at 9pm in a ghetto area I'm a 19 year old female who didn't wanna park in the dark parking lot and had about 7 more minutes to wait for the food to be ready. I parked on the side of the building to wait for the pizza to be ready and then an employee comes out all aggressive to yell and ask who I'm waiting for, i tried to explain I'm just waiting for the food and she continued to yelling at me for parking there and runs back inside. I go inside and pay for the food and try to ask for the lady's name the cashier looks and me and walks away not even answering me. I UNDERSTAND I WASNT SUPPOSE TO PARK THERE, HOWEVER ITS NOT AN EXCUSE FOR THE EMPLOYEESTO BE SO DISRESPECTFUL!!!! I'm NEVER coming back here and are a lot of DIFFERENTLY owned pizza huts to be acting like this!!

Ordered pizza to the coffee shop across the street from my house WHERE I WORK and the lady pulled up and said she doesnt deliver to parking lots. I asked if she eanted the money or not and was met with “you know what BYE!” And a zoom off OVER MY FOOT!!!

I have to rate at a 2-star experience for now. When we walked into the restaurant, we were immediately informed that the air conditioning was not working!. We'll return when the air gets fixed, and I actually appreciate the upfront honesty of the employees.

I ordered over the phone on 5/19/2024 and got told my order would be delivered in 30 minutes. 1 hour passes by and I call to check the status of the order and am told my order “failed” and they can’t explain why. I call back 6 times for a refund and get sent to a corporate number that had me on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer. Just give the refund and stop playing games. Poor customer service, the “co owner” answered the phone and told me there isn’t any explanation he can give as to why the driver at his personally owned store couldn’t deliver a pizza and why I was charged twice for the order! Get good Pizza Hut.

Ordered pizza for my crew, 24 hours in advance. Recieved confirmation, the morning of, that everything was good for the order. No show. Called them and they lost the order. I will avoid using this pizza hut again and advise you, that if you are counting on them to deliver on time for a hungry crew that has a fixed lunch time, order it from somewhere else. Or order 2 hours in advance.

**Update** they called back and said they wouldnt be charging for the order, so at least they attempted to make it right.

Horrible service, called to inquire about a job application and they put me on hold without saying anything I was on hold for 15 mins before I tried can I called again only for the same exact thing to happen , if this is how they treat people I can’t imagine how the handle your pizza . Call someone who cares cause this establishment definitely doesn’t.
