Horrible service, called to inquire about a job application and they put me on hold without saying anything I was on hold for 15 mins before I tried can I called again only for the same exact thing to happen , if this is how they treat people I can’t imagine how the handle your pizza . Call someone who cares cause this establishment definitely doesn’t.

I went to order a large pizza and when I went to pick it up at 12.15am they had delivered it super burnt. The cashier told me, take it if you want, and if not, I'll leave. He was in such a hurry that that's why he made a burnt pizza. If they are going to leave staff working at night, they should be quality people, not people who don't do their job well. He told me straight away, I'm leaving now and I can't make your pizza better...

I get pizza from this place at least once a month and it’s always made correctly and on time. This is exactly what I ask for out of a pizza place.
Let's just be honest with ourselves, the Pizza Hut we remember from our child hood doesn't exist anymore. Pizza is bland, every franchise location seems to compete for the worst service award (no exception here in Lakewood), and no one with a stake in the business seems to care.

If you are considering this Pizza Hut, do yourself a favor....DON'T! We stopped here because we were surprised that there was still a Pizza Hut with a dining room. The parking lot was pretty deserted, that should have been our first sign. We went in and ordered, and let them know we would be eating there and they gave us some paper plates, that should have been the second sign. We sat down at one of the only tables that wasn't dirty to wait for our order. They called us up to get it, heavens forbid they bring it out to us, despite a hefty tip, and it was packaged up to go. That was the final sign we needed, we took it and left. I've had better frozen pizza! The boneless "wings" were barely sauced and could have easily been out of the freezer section in the grocery store too. If you've gotten this far RUN don't walk in the other direction! Do yourself a favor buy a frozen pizza and cook at home, it will taste better and you will save yourself a heck of a lot of money!
I Like going to this pizza hut in particular. The food is always nice and hot... and heck my dog ? even loved the leftover pizza that we all couldn't finish.... he licked the box clean..... and wanted more lol. This is a great place to order from they genuinely care about the customer and making sure your happy with your purchase.?=❤️

I never even was able to place my order I sat on hold for over 2hrs. Only hung up cause they closed. When I called the following day to speak with a manager. The gentleman said he was a manager argued with me & laughed said he didn't gaf about my issue & hung up on me again. I been in process of just moving into my knew place & my appliances don't get delivered til next Monday & I had a very hungry 2yr old. So I am very disappointed in the overall situation. Honestly I didn't even want to give a 1 star rating...

Waited over an hour past my delivery time no one would answer phones I was on hold for 20 minutes before I drove to the store. The lady behind the counter seemed clueless where my order was. Rudely told me there isn't much they can do when they are busy. Lack of communication and respect for customers. I will not be ordering from this location again. I received my order an hour after the stated delivery arrival time.

Ordered pizza for my crew, 24 hours in advance. Recieved confirmation, the morning of, that everything was good for the order. No show. Called them and they lost the order. I will avoid using this pizza hut again and advise you, that if you are counting on them to deliver on time for a hungry crew that has a fixed lunch time, order it from somewhere else. Or order 2 hours in advance.**Update** they called back and said they wouldnt be charging for the order, so at least they attempted to make it right.
