Complete messed up my order called over 10 times kept getting connected to the call center they kept saying they can’t do anything they half to connect me to the store every time they said they was gonna connect to the store they just hung up the phone And then when I got mad and told them I’ve been calling and going threw the same thing for 30 minutes they said instead of fixing my order they can give me a free 2 oz pop for my next order or give me a 5 dollar credit for my next order obviously I didn’t want that I was hungry and wanted what I paid for?

Ordered a Pizza and when we went to eat it, NOT one or two but 4 hairs were in the pizza buried, long vlond hairs, when we immediately brought it to the attention of the Manager on duty, he said; This employee refuses to wear a hair net or hat, and has given his resignation as this is a problem. And NO they did not remake us a pizza either. Very discouraging

The staff is wonderful exceptional. However Pizza Hut once was the best. Now they have gone cheap. I tried a different pizza hut. I got the same out come. Why this company is not putting Sauce on pizza like they once did.is a good question. I tasted sauce once out of a large pizza. Move the cheese and it looks like there's no sauce.

There app for delivery su cks BIG TIME. THEY NEED A BETTER SYSTEM TO UPDATE THEIR CUSTOMERS. App states delivery is 5 mins away, then they push it out further. You called the store and you find out that there is another delivery to be made before yours. GET A BETTER SYSTEM. OVER AN 1 HOUR SINCE MY ORDER BEEN PLACE NO I KNOW MY FOOD WILL BE COLD. GRRR
I have almost left a good review multiple times for this place but today they just missed the mark in multiple ways. The people inside the store are helpful enough, as I just wanted pizza hut for my lunch and they had a good deal online I was more and more disappointed. Food is good, website is crap and says the location is closed and nobody answered the phone when I tried to call multiple times so I wasted my whole lunches time getting pizza when I should have been able to order in advance in 2025.

It's a carryout restaurant. Order and either pick up or have it delivered. Only thing is there slow sometimes and get backed up with orders. But they are really nice and just ask for some understanding when this happens as they get swamped with orders. If an accident happens with your food they will replace it. I've had a very decent experience with them.

I was surprised to open a $30 pizza to find several small pieces jumbled together inside the box. It looked like someone’s leftovers. I called the store and was hung up on twice after being left on hold both times. The “chat” took an incident report, but Pizza Hut didn’t follow up….And it was cold! I think the driver was hungry, helped herself, and then shook the box up…just a thought.
