After Uber Eats canceled my order after my food disappeared with a driver, Pizza Hut was amazing enough to refire my order and have it ready for pickup. The gentlemen at the counter were friendly and helpful, and they showed kindness and an understanding that not many other chains would have. They are pure kings. My pizza was late. I called to check on it they said it was still in store. Went to location to pick it up. When I got there, said it was just sent out. I went back home waited for another hour and called again. Was told that they had delivered it to the wrong house. But they still can't figure out how to get a hold of a manager or refund my $50 dollars.

Dried out and overcooked pizza. Dessert cookie was burnt. Delivery time was more than twice the time they said it would take. Calling was not helpful, just told me to wait, zero help.

Ordered online and when I arrived I had to call to let them know I was there but when you do that you are calling a dispatch center not the restaurant so by the time I got connected to tell them I was outside 20 min had gone by. Then I get home with my food just to realize that it was cold and missing the marinara sauce. I just threw my food in the garbage. Last time I will order from Pizza Hut again. Much more quality pizza places out there.

Just ordered through door dash trying to get a personal pan chicken pizza with barbecue and got buffalo sauce with an extra side of buffalo. My wife's pizza was as ordered.
