This is my favorite place to walk in Tacoma. Wheelchair accessible and parking can usually be found for free without too much trouble. Restrooms by the playground near the stairs. View is amazing and it's mostly flat so great for all levels of ability. Really beautiful area. Plenty to do, shop, and eat but I'm always happy just walking and people watching here. Must visit if in the area! ♥️
Great place to spend time with family. Playgrounds, walking areas, restaurants. Also we have seen a lot of sea lions and beautiful sound views. You will find everything here. There is no free parking anymore. Only far away from the main interest zone.
Point Ruston is a place which offers people of all ages to do something fun..
Kids have a beautiful colorful map of the area to explore with drawings of animals, mountain, rivers etc. & a play area
Adults can get all sorts of food to eat, there is a long walkway right next to the water to take in the views.
And on a good clear day, you might even spot Mt. Rainier.
