The food is good, I love me a chicken sammy.customer service is a step down, it could use improvement, isn't bad, but isn't great. The atmosphere is where the real bad news kicks in, it always feels dirty, and there is often something broken. Still good chicken and Mac and cheese tho.

For the amount of time you’ll be waiting for your uber/DoorDash to come come to you - you could spend half the time by simply going there and getting it yourself or even going on to JBLM and going to either of the two locations there and getting your food faster.

I have to say that the Day Time Manger Colleen and Elizabeth are really great with finding Solutions when there’s a problem with orders.
Last night I came in the service and wait was horrible!!!!
However, these two definitely fixed my experience.
Keep them on the team !
