I got a plain latte. Coffee was pretty good, service was efficient, and best of all they served it at the perfect temperature. It's so great to get a coffee that is perfectly hot but drinkable right away without scalding my mouth.

Love that all branches are open 24 hours a day/all night...Not a fan of them not accepting cash payments, but you can skirt that rule by just purchasing a gift card with your cash, from them, and then using that gift card to buy your drinks/food. Innovation, lol!

Last few times I've went they've messed up a basic triple white chocolate mocha. Idk, if they've changed the beans but every time it's tasted like sweet milk with a dash of coffee ☕️

Have to clean my car cause our barista didn't provide the stopper we asked for. It was odd. I LOVE Big Foot. We went to one up in fed way at about 1a and frequent them ALl THE TIME. Our gal putnher phone down when we got there and she may have been dealing with something personal. We didn't get the level of service we're used to. No conversation, not a lot of interaction. I get it. We all have those days. Context helps. And you never know what kind of day someone is having or how they could be hanging on by a thread so the interaction in a service industry could be what makes them have faith in humanity or makes them take out their stuff on someone else or worse , their person or kids. I was surprised that we didn't get a stopper. I didn't trust and verify so I own that. The coffee is always great. So many no sugar options. I think we just need to remember the importance of kindness.

Just went to get a cocoa and the lid popped off while it was being handed to my sister and her hand is bandaged because she has a bad cut and it immediately soaked scalding hot cocoa into her bandages and the barista stood their like a stupid deer in the headlights and started smiling of all things and the other employee had to come out and help and tell the stupid girl to hand her a rag and some cold water to wrap it in. Thank you to that girl but I'm still extremely disappointed by the one that spilt it on her, I work in the restaurant industry and if i burnt someone I wouldnt just stand there and stare, and i definitely wouldn't find it amusing, injuring a customer is no joke.
