Great food, exceptional service. Wine list, especially by the glass , ok, but not on par with the food. Would love to see more Italian, old world wines.
We had a wonderful dinner at Primo. Our server, Gabby, was wonderful and so attentive. We will be back again soon.
Went out for New Year's Eve with friends and the restaurant had a great vibe. We shared the burrata starter which was tasty albeit overpriced at $19. For mains, one friend got the pork chop which was excellent. Two of us got the tagliatelle which we agreed was good but not elevated. For dessert, I got the coconut cake with lime butter cream and raspberry sauce drizzle. The coconut cake itself had good coconut flavor but there was zero lime flavor to the butter cream. I told the server that I was disappointed in the lack of lime flavor and she offered to bring more raspberry sauce. And that saved the coconut cake - it needed tartness to bring out the coconut flavor. A friend got the sticky toffee pudding which we all tried and agreed it was absolutely delicious.
We had a such a great experience celebrating a friend's birthday! We were all warmly welcomed and promptly seated. The staff checked in with often and kept our water glasses filled. The food and beverages were fantastic. I will definitely return to this fantastic restaurant for special occasions as well and any night dinner.
Three stars would probably be a fair rating for others, but a solid 2 star for me. The atmosphere is weird, the seats are uncomfortable, and the food is just meh. It's a relatively expensive spot ($30 pasta?) and the food is very much overpriced for what it is. My small salad and two drinks came out to $75. Parking is also tough, but that's not this restaurant's fault, just fyi.
The menu doesn't list any allergens or dietary restrictions, not even vegetarian dishes, which is kind of embarrassing in 2025. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, probably partly because they keep getting asked questions about whether a given menu item is safe for a given dietsry restriction. The house limoncello is gross, tastes like a gallon of simple syrup had the zest of one lemon sprinkled into it for colour. $14 for an ounce of it? Just serve the store bought stuff at that point, at least it would taste ok. Overall, very underwhelming, and also uncomfortable in more ways than one.
If I wanted to be uncomfortable and underwhelmed, I'd do so at my mom's house for free.

This charming spot exudes a lively ambiance, making it an ideal place to unwind with friends over drinks. The background music is minimal, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere. While the service may be slow during peak hours, the customer service remains fair and attentive.
However, I must express my disappointment with their steak. It was excessively gristle-filled, which could have been an unfortunate coincidence with the particular cut I received. Nevertheless, I’m willing to give them another chance for drinks, but their steak is definitely not on my list of must-try dishes. 😉
Great place for a night out with excellent food and great atmosphere

Service was great, food was ok. The 20% service charge is nuts. Just charge what you need to pay your staff. It cost your server tip money.

Ok, place with decent service. Stopped by for a beer at the bar and was surprised to see they have a mandatory 20% tip. Now I usually tip well but was turned off by this because it should be my decision. I won’t visit here again.
Great time up at the bar for dinner Good 🇺🇸 Red wine on tap needs adjustment > served too warm
Great restaurant, always happy to eat here. Appreciate that the deserts and entrees change every so often.
