I chose this place because of google reviews. Yet I was NOT impressed! The service was not giving what it should. She was not very personable. The burger was Ehhhh. Definitely not a 4 star. Maybe a 3-2.8. Like I said I will Always try a place at least once!!!

The family stopped here for lunch and the food was really good. My son had the cheeseburger and would give it five stars I had the bacon cheeseburger and would agree on the 5 stars. My wife had the crispy chicken salad and said it also deserve 5 stars. We would definitely eat here again and the prices are very reasonable for the selection. Great job RJ' s if we return you will definitely have our business again.

Best burger I have had in a REALLY long time. Probably the best burger place in Tacoma honestly. I stopped here on my way home after getting off the train, and me and my partner were shocked by how good these burgers were. Huge patties, juicy, and perfectly cooked. 10/10 we will definitely be coming back. Great price for what you get, I would actually pay more for these burgers considering how good they are. If you like burgers, you need to go here and try one. Seriously, great food.

Hi everyone I just want to let people know that this restaurant is a family based business and the owners are very loving to their customers and treat everyone like family so I don't know why someone would be so rude it was not them playing loud music I think they should apologize to them for it

the lady working is extremely rude and snappy. shes blasting music EXTREMELY loud, you can hear it from the other end of the food court and it feels very unprofessional and unwelcoming. food is just okay. its honestly . i have eaten here multiple times, TWICE i have found hair in my food, and it didnt look like hair from someones head. i really really dont reccomend this place, there are plenty of other great restaurants in freighthouse that are worth stopping at. save your money
