Hi l order fish and Sweet potatoes, OMG the Sweet potatoes were not fully cooked then to make ot worse it was too salty,we had to throw away 3/ 4 of fries. This was a disappointment

I have been to many red Robin restaurants and order the same item every time. The meal was a chicken dish which comes as a complete dinner. Server asked if I wanted a side I said I did not think it came with a side she said yes. I went with it and got a fry side. Dinner comes out to table and has the chicken and the fry side nothing more. I looked at server and asked where the rest was she said I choose the fries. I walked on a family dinner.. worst server and service ever

South Steele st location off 38th near Tacona Mall. Sat in the bar to watch college football, staff was energetic and engaging! Food came out quick and was delicious! I had the grilled chicken ceasar salad. Will be back soon to try the 9.99 Yummm burger with bottomless fries! Sign up for rewards and get a free appetizer with 10 dollar purchase. Happy hour is 3 to 6 weekdays! Note, it got really busy abt 3:30/4 ish in dining area with a wait list in lobby. Bar area had tables avail tho

I get the turkey burger and the ocean blue patron margarita. I always feel like the servers are working hard. And the atmosphere is casual for a quick dine in!

I never have a really great experience at any Red Robin.

The service here needs a WHOOOOOOLE lot of work. The waitress was friendly however multiple request for multiple items were completely forgotten about, orders were wrong, and we had to go find the waitress to get anything corrected. I would understand if it was very busy however it was very not.

The hostess did everything she possibly could to get us to sit in the bar area so she wouldn't have to walk us to a table. When we came back to the host stand to tell her there was nothing available in the bar area she acted like we were an inconvenience. We decided to leave so I can't speak on the service from the servers or on the food.

Great food & service. I am picky about my burgers so when I give a burger spot 5* they got the goods y'all! Come get you some!

I gave these guys another chance after not ordering pickup from them again for over a year. Placed a pickup order and its 20 minutes after their email said it would be ready and it is still not ready. What is the point of saying when something will be ready when we are still waiting in the car 20 minutes after they said it would be.

Edit: This is their idea of making it right and that they would send us a gift card to try them out again..... we ended up waiting a total of 30 minutes after a pickup order with a specific pickup time and we were told we were getting $5 to try them again. This right here cements we made the right choice of never coming again.
