Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Salmon was dry. Server Lisa was unattentive. My daughter in law mentioned it was my son's (her husbands bday) 4 times before . they recognized him. So maybe if u want to celebrate an occasion then you might not want to go to this location. Guy in black shirt came over and i asked if he was the manager and he would not affirm or deny if he was, in fact , he would not answer my question at all. Wow! Is that what Red Robin considers customer service. Yikes 😳

I came in for dinner a few days ago with my family. The service was horrible. No silverware. The burger was sub par!! Cheese not melted and soggy fries. The only thing I could say is my salad was delicious. The wait staff looked overwhelmed and the manager Ann I think looked like a deer caught in the headlights. I work hard for my money and I expect quality products especially when I’m paying a premium price.

Haven’t gotten food yet but been waiting over 30 min since we got are drinks. They never checked and ask to refill drinks. Finally 40 min in got are first soda refill on drinks and got are food. Cold fries that taste like they been sitting out for sometime. At least the burger was good. Just not happy we get no napkins to clean my hands off. Been done eating and 10 min in no one has checked in or offered any refills on fries or drinks. This company is really falling apart or just needs to hire someone who going to have better service. Im doing this review while I wait because I got nothing else to do. I wish I would have taken my family somewhere else. Worked all day to have this crap service.

The Server Josh was amazing. They food was so good.. They were always ready with more fries. So good an the drink refills on time too.

Terrible service. Got no bottomless fries cause they never came back. Had to wait a long time just for the bill. My to go order arrived before my actual food and then was told yeah it'll be cold.

I keep trying to give this place a chance because the food is good. As long as they deliver it to your table when it comes out of the kitchen. However, the service is just terrible. I don't know if they have to get more staff or they need to train the waiters to time manage and prioritize, but my goodness, every time we go, we get awful service. This last time, things were going okay. But as soon as the waiter got another table, she floundered. I had to get-up-and-get my own napkins. Our drinks were never refilled, and she never stopped by again. I wanted to take my stuff to go and at least get a bill. But after twenty-five minutes of seeing her go back and forth, we realized that she was never gonna come back.So just paid using the tablet on the table, and I had to leave my food on the table. Is ridiculous.

Don't sit in the bar. They will ignore you.

Red Robin…. yuuuucccckkk! Should be their catch phrase! Went to Red Robin last night and I will not be going back! As soon as we walked in no one was at the front desk to sit us. We waited and waited as we watched staff walk around. When we were seated, we looked around the restaurant and it was filthy and dirty!! The server was nice so I have no complaints there. Our chicken wings looked weird and had a rubber taste I could not eat them!! The fries were soggy and not hot or warm but cold and greasy. Me and my husband couldn’t even eat the burgers as they were lukewarm, soggy, and over covered with onions. We were so disappointed and grossed out we asked for to go boxes and left! This location is gross, dirty, food was disappointing and disgusting 🤢

We stopped in to get some dinner as we had to just be in town during evening rush hour.
A typical R.R. the wait was ferocious so we decided to go ahead and eat at the BAR area.
We finally had a waiter come to us. We made sure we ordered. Eventhough our waitress was pleasant and all, she kept calling us " LOVES"; as in saying like " yes, I'll be right back with those drinks Loves".
I get that it's probably part of that particular person's upbringing or background but we kinda cringed on it. It just felt weard for someone to refer to us as " loves" ... anyways...
All else was mostly OK. We got some of the cheesy bread twists as a appetizer and then there pizza. Bread was hot and yummy. The pizza just was "ok"
I think the most annoying part was waiting forever for our waitress to finally return so we could get a to_ go box.
The interesting thing about R.R's is that they don't bring you a bill like other restraunts it's on the table tablet that's there. So sometimes it's a pain to be able to figure out if your waiter has yet inputed your bill so you can mess with that tablet and figure out paying. Sorta a compete disconnect from your waiter staff at the end of your meal. You need to order, get your food, get refills , pay your bill and get a to_ go box ( if needed) but then by time your about 2/3 done it's much harder to get ahold of your server, YET they want some big_ ass tip on top of your bill.

James who was NOT our server did everything. Our server Kennedy did NOT fill our drinks, bring our food, she did not even take our order. Foid was ice cold when we got it. I meam absolutely DISGUSTING!! I ate some of the patty but nothing else. It was NOT EDIBLE! There "bottomless" sides is a JOKE. When you ask refill they bring 6 fries to SHARE. Not six sides of fries... six single fries. It was soooooo disgusting and horrible that I did not even take my b-day dessert. We would have spent a LOT more we all planned on getting dessert but service and food was THAT BAD!! I was a server for TEN YEARS I always tip at least 20% most of the time 30 to 40%. Unfortunately this time I only gave 12% and THAT WAS TOO MUCH!!!

Clean restaurant with good food, relatively fast service, and kind employees. I definitely recommend it.

The place looked dirty, the service was terrible. TOOK TOO long to get our drinks, over an hour to get our food ( we had a one yesr old with us) and all the food was cold. Very. Very disappointed as we normally like Red Robin but not this one.
