Red Robin does have good food and drinks but this Red Robin has poor service. We got drinks last night, an appetizer, and our food before we got our waters. People who sat down after we got there got waters right away. Didn’t get asked if I wanted more steak fries.The couple next to us were waiting on to go food and turns out it was ready for them and getting cold, no one told them.My friend ordered the Freckled Lemonade, (the non alcoholic one) and the server brought him the freckled lemonade spiked, he doesn’t drink and had to get his drink swapped out for the non alcoholic lemonade he ordered.Id rather drive to fed way Red Robin where my boy Elijah works and get good customer service.

Red Robin is one of my favorite places to dine out. A person has a lot of menu choices and the price is not over burdensome. It was lunch with my grown son and he picked up the tab. Great!

It should be able to be 0 stars. The app took 25 minutes to come out with my salad. No limes. No pineapples in my drink. Didn't take my friends order so now I get to eat in front of him while he waits 30 more minutes for a burger that should have came with my salad.

I don’t normally like to eat at chain restaurants, but usually what they are good for is consistency. I’ve been eating the whiskey River bbq wrap for years, but I’m done. Ordered and had it delivered this evening and it arrived with tomatoes (which it’s not supposed to have and I hate), barely any bbq sauce and mostly just lettuce. Such a disappointment. Red Robin use to have someone check the orders before they went to customers, I’m assuming they have gotten rid of that position. Fries were cold and soggy. So annoying.

Love to tell you about our experience but we didn't have one. Our order was taken, and then... nothing. For almost an hour we sat there with no fries or anything while we watched every table around us get served. We were told no ice cream was available (my mom wanted a shake) but then watched as ice cream was served to others. Two of our table never had their drink refilled. No one asked us if we were okay. The servers kicked my seat as they passed several times. No one even offered us fries while we waited. We ended up leaving as we could no longer wait.
