I got a charbroiled chicken noodle bowl and the chicken was barely cooked. The Waitress was very nice and asked why I didn’t eat my chicken and I told her that it didn’t taste right. She took it upon herself to tell the manager about it, and he chose to do nothing.

The waitress was great the food was pretty good We had the combo teriyaki and Thai coffee, very strong but it taste great kinda like a mocha and the pha soup , he said it was great and got extra sides and she didn't charge us

Listen- order the chicken ranch sandwich and sub pepper jack cheese with a side of ranch. You will not be sorry. Best meal I think I’ve had in at least my adult years. Me and my husband can have a nice dinner and a drink for under $50-only downside your at the casino SO dinner is more $400-$1200 depending on your gambling appetite. #truth

The date is 06/28/2025,time was about 6:10 pm,we were seated and were told they be right with us. We got totally ignored as if we weren’t even there,got up and left but told a waitress we were ignored,all she said was sorry. What a pile of crap restaurant!

Our server was ok and the atmosphere wasn't bad. However, the food was terrible. Two different hot sandwiches both had very dried out meat and one had a hard, stale like bun and the other was soggy. The fries were the only good part.
Worst place to eat. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

The dining offerings at this casino leave much to be desired. The Riverbank is okay. They forgot to put cheese on my cheeseburger. They left tails on the pad Thai prawns. The cod for the fish n chips with the seafood platter tastes fresh and delicious, not previously frozen. Overall, food was acceptable, not great, but thankfully not way overpriced. Also, not a great deal either. I would pay twice as much for the opportunity for a good casino style buffet option!
The wait for Puyalapabs was 40 min. It's a little odd there are 2 restaurants with Asian food and salads. It's like the Riverbank has some of the food from Puyalapabs and some from the Deli, and add a few pasta dishes.
Anyway, it's a place to eat inside the casino but definitely not a destination restaurant.

We ordered the chinese combination dinner for three. It took forever to get our food and drink refills. Everything breaded was undercooked. The chicken was burnt. The manager was the rude to us and said food is 'hit and miss'. Will not come back here again. Also, why is pop and coffee $4 when it is free on the casino floor feet away. The only redeeming thing was that our server was far nicer about our problems than the manager. Final complaint is that they made us wait 20 minutes despite the restaurant being over half empty.

if all the crime from them just paying the fines instead of reporting their income isn't enough to keep a person away then all the crime that is aloud to happen in their parking lots should scare you away...their fife parking lot has more car prowl and cars stolen more than any other parking lot in the state! all that the casino will tell you is no you can't see the video footage and we are short staffed and can only patrol the lot once anhour to help determine the high amount of crime that is happening in our parking lot. all that money that they would rather not tell anyone that they are making and they can't even provide basi. security for those of us that they are taking all this money from? hmm wonder if casino may actually be in on the conspiracy to steal all these vehicles and sell them off to the Russians at the port of tacoma ??? hmmm
