Decent selection but they close much earlier than advertised and unpredictably. Closed at least 45 minutes early today and in the time I'm writing this, at least ten of us have been turned away because of this. This has happened to me at least three times this month ranging from at least 30 minutes to over an hour and with increasing frequency. Used to always be open until one but they've been doing this for months now

I think this Safeway store has been here for a good 25+ years. It might be small store compared to a super Safeway store but it's usually stocked with the items that I need. That's all that matters, right?

This is a very clean, well-stocked store. The deli and bakery feature some great choices. It's always a pleasure to shop here, as there are usually enough cashiers to keep the lines down to a minimum.

Ive been coming to this safeway off and on for a few years, I have family on this side of town and I grab groceries for them occasionally. I didnt bring any reusable bags inside with me because I did not plan on buying as much as I did. So, I purchased my food and placed everything back in the carry basket and walked out to my car. Carrol, if that is her actual name (unsure because she wouldnt let me see her badge), and another worker came running out behind me taking pictures of me screaming "yeah run right to the cop you dumba***". Im halfway across the driveway when I turned around to ask if they were speaking to me and the other person there with her said "no she was talking to me", ? hmmmmm . 'Carrol' ran back inside without another word, and the other person walked off. I put my groceries into my car and went back inside to go see what the problem was, when I confronted this woman, she claimed that she was talking to the other person in the parking lot and that she had told me when I asked, that she was not speaking to me. There wasnt a single person in that lot, I was parked right in front of the police, she did not say another word to me after I asked if they were speaking to me because if she did tell me 'no, sorry, not you' then I wouldve went on my way, but instead her coworker made that sarcastic remark and she ran back inside the store. Whats crazy to me is that I had my reciept in my hand when I walked past them inside the store, they were conversating with each other. There was no one walking in front of me or behind me while I was on my way out of the store nor was there anyone else in the parking lot. Carrol was very unprofessional and incredibly rude, she did not take any responsibility and offered no apology, instead she argued with me about whether or not she was screaming at me or her immaginary friend. I dont even write reviews but I have never experienced something like this and I thought you all should know.

Accusing me of treating a barista poorly and saying you caught me on camera harassing a barista for 10 minutes is not okay, regardless of whether the real harasser had the same ethnicity as me. Instead of assuming and accusing based off skin tone, maybe double check your biases and get your facts straight.
Prices increase service decreases. Hire friendly employees please.

Staff member said “spatial awareness never hurt anyone” when I was barely in his way while I was trying avoid my kid kicking me. I had a dear patient die today but I’m gonna choose kindness regardless of the day I’ve had. I hope the tall male staff member has a great day ?

i got charged 9.90 for tax on my purchase using EBT card! i thought EBT cards are not to be charged taxes this came out of my account
