Today a pharmacist named Tyler (I hope I have that right) took the time to take my adult daughter aside and say, "This medication prescribed for you may conflict with two of your known conditions." It had been prescribed at the ER of Tacoma General on a very busy night. No one else had told her to be aware of this. Our whole family is grateful to him for his professionalism and kindness. I hope Safeway values that wonderful employee.

Pharmacy sent my spouse clear across town to pick up a med that was supposed to be on hold for him only to be told it’s on hold for someone else! Attempts to reach a manager was were a joke. We will be looking for another Pharmacy ASAP what waste of gas and time, all this is after he had to call numerous times to find out why it wasn’t ready.
