Pretty disappointed, I've always eaten here very often mainly take out. I'm normally very big on their tofu teriyaki but with the new chefs or cutting costs on products. It's just not the same anymore. It doesn't feel like they put their quality in food anymore. Their tofu is just covered in cornstarch not panko like it used to, then the tofu is drowned in teriyaki sauce, which pretty much makes it feel like I'm eating tofu soup. I hope you guys change it up because I still want to support the small businesses.

We really used to like this place then it seemed they changed the meat products they were getting probably due to cost. But that being said it has made it to where we won't go anymore. I tried a couple times to see if it was an off day, no. Sometimes it's better to keep quality it's very noticeable to some

Came here with some friends for lunch. We were served undercooked chicken 3 times. After we had sent back two of the lunches,The server tried to play it off like it was normal and it looked that way because it was "marinated". If chicken is pink it is UNDERCOOKED. Friend ended up throwing up later in the day at work after having a bite of it. Lucky that I didn't get sick either. I really can't recommend this place. Owners should see this and make sure their cooks are cooking chicken to an internal temp of 165f.

Went here for the first time tonight, ordered takeout. We ordered Almond Chicken, Pork Donburi, spicy tuna roll and the fish love roll. Came out to $89. The man working was nice enough to give us a discount which brought it down to $80. As well as a free ā€œsaladā€ and gyoza. I say ā€œsaladā€ because it was literally thinly sliced cabbage, the same stuff they use for garnishes and plating… but I also thought salad and rice comes with teriyaki normally. The gyoza was the only good thing we got. The almond chicken was weird, large cuts of onion, bell pepper, and carrots not the almond chicken I thought it was… but not a big deal, we decided to try and eat it anyways but unfortunately everything was mushy, the chicken was all batter and it’s drenched in. Fried rice was also dry and flavorless. The pork donburi was such a disappointment, I’m pretty sure they also gave me beef. The just threw teriyaki sauce on top as well as carrots onions and bell pepper, never had donburi like that. It was topped with a handful of seaweed, overall just didn’t taste good and no runny egg on top. The sushi all around was a disappointment, super fishy tasting and mushy, poorly rolled, fell apart when you picked it up. We really wanted to love this place because the man working was so nice and we saw they had 4.6 stars but were hugely disappointed. We called them and told them about our food he offered for us to come back and give us a new pork donburi but we told him we didn’t want to drive all the way back and asked for a simple refund, he then insisted we come back next week for a free meal but I don’t think we will be coming back.

$58.00 with tip for 2 chicken teriyaki dinners with 2 orders of egg rolls. The egg rolls and the sauces are wonderful. That is where my experience fell off. The salad is all chopped cabbage with poppy seed dressing nothing more. No veggies or color at all. Rice was chewey and not moist, just sticky. Then the worst of it, a super nice portion of dry chewey strips of chicken barely covered in sauce. While not quite stringy, though it might as well been, given how chewey it was. Service was ok, they seemed nice enough. The atmosphere was average, it's just another take out place, nothing special. Will not be back, not worth the 60bucks.

Extreemly disappointing. I have gone here many time but last night (Sept 2nd) it was disenchanting. I ordered chicken teri, spicy chicken teri, vegi tempura, and a chicken bento box. The sushi included in the bento box was okay. But the chicken and rice was dry and tasteless. The dryness must be from yesterday’s leftovers. The tasteless is just tasteless. Very abnormal compare to my past experience in this restaurant.
They just lost a loyal customer.
I do not trust or recommend this establishment.

This place is a hidden gem! The food is fresh and tastes like a Michelin star joint. I had 3 different sushi rolls and all were excellent! The owner is super friendly and interacts with guests like everyone is a friend. The Miso might be the best I’ve had. Super flavorful.

An OG teriyaki spot. The food is good. They're quick. A small simple shop with good teriyaki! There aren't so many like this anymore!

The teriyaki was good and had a generous portion of chicken. The California roll was quite small for the price, so that was a bit disappointing. The food was fresh and quickly prepared and I’d probably go back for the teriyaki. Thanks!
