This was some of the worst customer service that I ever experienced. I ordered pizza and received a text saying that it would be ready by 4:11. I show up at 4:15 and am told that it’s not ready yet and to give them 10 to 15 minutes. So I went out to my car and came back in at 4:30 asking if it’s done yet. Nope, they say give them 10 to 15 more minutes. When I come back in at 4:40 and ask again, I realize that they haven’t even made my pizza yet. Their response is that their website is telling people pizza will be ready too early and on their side my pizza didn’t need to be ready until 4:40. Well at this point, my pizza isn’t on time either way. And why would they tell me the two prior times that I came in that it would only be another 10 to 15 minutes. They knew I was their waiting and prioritized making pizzas they sell my the slice over making the one I was waiting for. While standing there, another customer asked about his pizza, and they hadn’t even printed out a ticket or started his pizza either and he had been waiting in the store for an hour. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had to contact the 3rd party website. So essentially I was the only one inconvenienced, wasting an hour of my time with 3 hungry kids in the car. Their pizza could be the best pizza in the city, but I will not return there after the terrible service received. If you are too busy to prepare orders, either shut down the online app, or give a more realistic timeline. Don’t keep telling people a couple more minutes when you haven’t even started their pizza, and had no plan to start it either.

Don't go on Sunday! The red headed manager on duty is rude and not clean! Yuck. Even rude to delivery drivers thatcame to get food. Unbelievable customer service!

Call ahead and when I got there my order wasn't even started. They weren't back up, the guy was on his computer. The cashier was very nice and apologized for him. The table I sat at to wait was dirty.

update based on restaurant response..I called when the pizza was 10 minutes late and you said you were behind due to demand. you said it would be another 30 minutes...it was another hour. the pizzas were hot upon arrival, that means it was NOT the delivery but the restaurant. Also, this was the Tacoma location. Based on the app it was clearly the restaurant
Pizza is fabulous but their delivery is awful. It is not the third party but the restaurant. Despite putting order in hours ahead of time, the food was 75 minutes late....and it was the restaurant

Great pizza - wish for just one meatless option
You guys make great pies! Six different slices available. Guess I’ll have the cheese slice again since it’s the only one without meat. Can you guys PLEASE make a veggie slice on regular rotation? Sadly just stood in line and now I’m on my way to Colvo’s.

Absolute horrible service. Waited 45 minutes for a slice of Hell’s Kitchen pizza that I was told was being made fresh. It never came out. I ate my spaghetti and meatballs and paid my bill and left. It’s a shame that in 2024 the world is still like this. My feelings are hurt more than anything. But it is what it is.

If they are busy, pizza is not good. Way too inconsistent for what they charge.
Edit: I have called and left a message for the management. A week later and there has been no callback from them. Apparently that is how they show me "how it was supposed to go in the first place."
A Pizza Nightmare: Avoid at All Costs! I placed a phone order for a pizza and was assured it would be ready in 40 minutes. After arriving promptly at the estimated time, I waited an additional 10 minutes in line only to be told my order hadn’t even been started! The staff seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience and estimated an additional 40-minute wait. This is unacceptable. A nearly hour-long delay for a simple pizza order is inexcusable. I left extremely disappointed and frustrated. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. Ordered on Nov. 5, 2024 at 6:19 p.m.

They were open at 11 am.. My 4 friends and I sat upstairs after church this last Sunday. They have a few tables upstairs and there was enough room for everyone to sit comfortably. The pizza looked hot and fresh and they even refired it in the oven. We all got different ingredients on our slices, each were very delicious!
