My family stopped into Sammy's on a whim while on a walk around North Slope. First of all, the restaurant was incredibly clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We ordered a medium pizza (half garlic chicken/half chicken bacon ranch), a small meat lover's pizza, and a house salad with a chipotle ranch dressing. All of the food was excellent, the ingredients fresh, and served within a timely manner. Our family highly recommends this place and we'll definitely be back very soon!!

Awesome shoutout to the Tacoma Sammy's team! We needed 5 Bigfoots to support a volunteer construction team ready and out the door at 11:15AM You guys nailed it! I've never carried 60 lbs of pizza, it was epic! If food can set a mood, these pizzas went above and beyond. Feedback from the team was incredible. You oughta see new business out of this event. Fantastic pizza and excellent service! The dining room is clean and bright, and the menu has a lot to offer for meat eaters and vegetarians. We have eaten several pizzas at Sammy's and it has always been delivered to us hot and with a smile.

This is the best pizza I've had in the pnw and eastern washington. Top three in entire pnw including all of Portland oregon. The crust sauce and ever ingredient was perfect. Hits the crust, cheese, sauce combo on top shelf level.
Better than expected pizza! We really liked both that we tried--the Hawaiian one and the supreme one. We got takeout so we didn't get a sense of service or ambience. A little too expensive for the size, which is why it only gets four stars.

Including $4 (tip) .. for carry-out! $48 for a very basic house salad (that was soaking wet in its plastic container w basically no toppings + cheap Ken’s ranch dressing? Cmon. ) and a medium bbq bacon cheese pizza which had rubbery meats and terrible bbq sauce, almost no cheese.. kids didnt eat it. Wanted to try the place after a long gap but thats just too $$$ for really … just not good food. We give up. Nice service at counter for sake of a positive .. but for $50? Could have easily gotten WAY better w leas $$ at Papa Murphys let alone Salamones (good pizza!!)

Good pizza. I am guessing new management recently as the atmosphere has gone from a dark and dank dive-bar feel to bright and welcoming. The pizza has always been good, but now the atmosphere is nice too. Gluten-free pizza option.Dietary restrictions: Gluten Free available.
