Great food, ordered the double cheeseburger and devoured every bite. The fries tasted like old school McDonald fries but even better. The inside has a very old timey hole in the wall feeling to it, could definitely use a little uplift but if that doesn't bother you then this is the place to check out. Food 10/10 Price 8/10 Atmosphere 8/10 Overall 9/10 easy recommend.
I just ordered an Impossible double cheeseburger from Shake Shake Shake off Doordash (bag was intact and not tainted) and the patty was nearly raw. It wasn't even in one piece, it was crumbling apart. That helped explain why it arrived so incredibly quickly. I wish I took a picture of what it looked like when I got it but my partner had the good sense to recommend I take a picture of it. This picture shows my feeble attempt in trying to combine the two raw patties to cook them on a pan. I called the restaurant and I spoke to an employee and explained the situation. The manager, without bothering to pick up the phone and just using the employee as a messenger, combated that it wouldn't put me at risk of a food borne illness which, if you're asking me is a very low bar. She did not apologize or anything of the sort, it was clear that my call was a big bother to her. I would not risk eating here.
The place has limited parking and the milkshakes are amazing.

My wife and I are from the east coast so once we found out Shake Shack has a grand opening and is only 20 mins away from us we had to go and get their food! It was to our expectations as we thought, we ordered their Smokeshack Burger, Avocado Burger, Parmesean garlic fries, and the Christmas cookie shake. Price came up to $57.29 so it was a hefty price as to expect, however the wait period, atmosphere, customer service, and the quality of the food was worth it all. Since it is there grand opening the staff were on the A-game, orders are sent out on time and we received ours after just waiting 10 mins, even an employee apologized for the long wait, but we mentioned to her that it is fine due to it being very busy. We will be returning here again in the near future to purchase more of there selections, it has been years since we had Shake Shack so we gonna take advantage of it as long we are here in Washington.

Really wanted to like this place…sigh. The place is NOT clean. Overpriced and the service was bad.The burger was undercooked and no parking. There was only one other customer there, I now see why.
