RUN — just go to GlowTea instead! I used to come here because my kids liked the taro boba, but today was a disappointment. The menu has no descriptions, and when I asked questions, the staff acted like it was a burden to answer. Ordering was frustrating, and the cashier had no enthusiasm at all. My Hokkaido milk tea was watery and nothing like it used to be. Not worth the walk across the mall. Do better!

I had an unpleasant experience at this Sharetea location on April 10th at like around 6 pm. The two girls working at the counter were loud, unprofessional, and came off as rude. I placed an order, and received it without boba. They didn’t do anything outright disrespectful, but their overall attitude made the interaction uncomfortable. It felt like they were more focused on chatting with each other than helping customers.
I usually enjoy coming here, but this kind of service makes me think twice. Hopefully, management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I was so surprised when I tried this tea shop with boba black tea 50% sweet. It’s not too sweet, it’s definitely good black tea and some milk and it tasted really good. People are there nice and sweet. No line for waiting

The taste did NOT disappoint. I added extra pearls and they delivered down to the amount of sweetness I wanted. Very pleased with the deliciousness!
Sharetea is awesome. I always get extra pudding. They always take the time to break up the pudding so I get putting in every little sip lol
