Love love LOVE this place on 6th Ave. Chill vibe with good tunes, good drinks, and good people. The owner, Sam, was behind the bar just showing why Tacoma is such an amazing place to live. Had several drinks that were bartender's choice, and each was amazing. If you are looking for a fun spot for date night or just want to hang out with friends, Side Pony is the place to go

Came here for my birthday and Sam made me feel like the star of the show! You can tell he’s very intentional with the menu and guest experience. Drinks are phenomenal, fun quirky bites to eat too. Definitely will be a regular here!!

Their modified grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing. Great atmosphere and service.(And if you have a good nose, you can still smell the waffle cones from a previous tenant)Make sure to put their sister bar "the mule" on your list to visit as well. Easily just as good.
