I ordered the watermelon breeze with rainbow jellies for me and my wife, and it was very delicious. It went along with our meal we got from Seoul Bowl. We will be coming back to try their other selection for sure

If I could give this place no star I would it’s so sad on how this owners put their money n energy to have a successful business n hire the wrong people to work for them . I went on Friday with my daughter to walk around the mall n decided we wanted a acai bowl n im yes perfect let’s go was exited about it so we go n walk up to the sip &spoon n was ignored by the cashier as he proceeded to attend another customer didt even bother to say ill be right with you continue to ignore me. N was looking around places all suspicious like if he was watching to see if no one was looking at him or the place . So as he is done im like I would like a 425 bowl n he says we are not making any at the moment. N im like ok cuz he said they were not making no smoothies or drinks at all or serving white rice . Which I was confused then what are you actually serving n was ignore once again . N made a laugh n walked to the back . N I stick around to see if there was anyone else there n sure thei was a young lady that walks out n look like she didn’t even wanna be there working she look upset so other people approached n Oder drinks when the other cashier which was a male had told me that they whee not serving drinks at all . So I wait n see then I aproch the young lady n say I would like to order a 425 bowl n she says oh we are not serving it because we don’t have the ingredients to make it wow really im like weird then what is it that you are serving then she says smoothies n im like I was told you were not serving that either she looks at me n that’s it . I can see this business going out of business. Cuz you got lazy employees n telling customers dont have the product to make them when they do . Just lazy people that dont want to do their job. I suggest this people find themselves different employees that actually like their job n what their doing. Cuz I dont think they understand they dont sell product they wont have a paycheck n they will be jobless . So whoever the owner of this business is needs to really be aware of what their employees are doing to their business is affecting it by them not selling their product. So if you see your sells going down well theirs your answer your employees not selling your product saying their not able to make it because they ran out since 10am which is weird had plenty of time to get some merchandise in .right .

I ordered the Ahí Poke & Shrimp Bowl. The Shrimp was fresh and good but the Ahi was not as fresh or tender as it should be. I was very sad as I had been craving a good poke bowl. The Cashier was great with customer service but the server attending me could not answer/or maybe avoided? my questions about the Quality of the fish.

Poor customer service.. employee (skinny young male (Saturday 11:30-12pm Aug 09th 2025) appears so depressed and unmotivated.. he should have adequate training for customer service or get fired. I don’t recommend this place for paying customers.!!

My personal experience with the staff (Sabrina) was not great . She was rude so I skipped placing my order but my kids wanted boba and they liked it , hence I m giving 4⭐️. They better train their staff to be polite and courteous.they represent the business .

I received old, nasty boba, and I can’t even get a refund because I ordered through DoorDash. 🙃 Unfortunately, I threw it out before remembering to take a picture, but honestly, it doesn’t look much different now than when it was delivered. The poke was okay.
was very pleasantly surprised at how good the poke bowls are. will certainly be back. Watch out Tuna fish

got the cookies and cream slush because I thought they actually use oreo cookie to blend it but seems like they just use flavor to blend it..... Using the actual cookie would taste so much better... was disappointed....

I tried Sip + Spoon for the first time a few days ago. I got the cookie butter slush with added Oreo dust on top. It was delicious ! I want to go back and try all the other drinks they have. Awesome place to get drink to sip on while shopping around the Tacoma Mall.
