Worst experience at any fast food. Guy could not hear anything correctly. Tried to order at car stand for 5 minutes before giving up and going through drive through. No receipt, no idea if we got the right change but doubtful, had to try to figure out where to go to get the juice they did not include since they have no walk up. Food was very meh, kids chicken was awful. Never again.

Hella rude my bf has a broke hand we online ordered and the lady just put her arm in our car window to put the food INTO OUR car and then try to hand two drinks to him when he couldn’t grab them AND HELL RUDE ABOUT IT! As well as my food is NOT FULL what the hell is going on here yall need to be nice and give us the food we paid for!

Literally the worst food I’ve ever eaten. The chicken bites were literal foam and nearly burnt. I’m not even sure if this was real chicken with the consistency it was. I tore the chicken piece apart and it tore apart like cheap bed foam. Everything was overcooked and not edible. They forgot the sauces. Thanks for wasting the last $27 I had. Now I’m starving, without any money and annoyed.

Came here to get dinner and the food was horrible. Everything was cooked to death (even the bread) to the point where it wasn’t edible. I ended up just feeding it to my dog and even he struggled to chew it. I wish I could get my 27$ back. Absolutely not worth it. And I live nearby but I will not be coming back.

Went through drive thru today. They forgot an order of tater tots, and we specifically requested "lots of mustard", and got 0. Drove away before we realized we were shorted.
I have mixed feelings about Sonic. The ice cream/Blasts they serve are extremely good. They have a wide variety of food, but the quality varies. Their service has never been fast, and the employees are usually not very friendly. However, if you're looking for a sweet treat, or a variety of different American food, Sonic is the way to go.

If you cannot handle DoorDash or decide to fulfill orders before fulfilling a DoorDash order you should not be doing DoorDash. Came in for a 3 shake order and the staff decided to take care of other customers. Been sitting at the widow for over 20 minutes. This shows a lack of costumer service skills and a decision not to care
