We ordered two orders of 4 piece french toast sticks, got to the window and they only gave us one and the reciept said one. We told them we ordered two and they said we have to go all the way back around in line to order another and the line was long. Doesnt seem fair to make us do it all over again when they are the ones who messed up, not us. Why couldnt they just have grabbed another and printed another receipt? Could have lost paying customers if we had been in a hurry.

Ice cream machine has been down for weeks. W/o it Sonic might as well be closed as far as I'm concerned. That's the only thing I ever go there for.

There are not many Sonic Drive-Ins in this part of the world. This one was in rough shape. It seemed that at least half of the stall ordering menus were not functioning. The food we received was pretty good, but it took a while for it to arrive.

Sonics is one of the best places to get a chili cheese dog, usually. This time was very disappointing. There was almost no chili on or in it. The cheese was scarce and mostly melted to the outside bottom of the bun, and the hotdog itself looked old. Might be a while before I go back, if I go back. Tots were good, at least.

A nice alternative to places like McDonald's or Wendy's. Burgers are tasty af and our daughter loved the jumbo popcorn chicken! This place definitely made its way into our regular rotation.

Man, yall are the only sonic around, can you please provide good service. I placed an order for pick up and was very rudely turned away bc they "didn't receive" my order. Truthfully, they did. They just didn't want to be bothered. Lady at the window was unnecessarily rude. People, stop going here. They obviously don't want our business.

Just went by to grab a Sonic Cherry Limade. Unfortunately, the drive-thru service was very poor. As were trying to maneuver drive thru, hadn't placed an order. When successful and got to drive thru window where female staff pops out the door and yells, told 'ya'll to wait a few minutes.." Didn’t ask to take order just slammed back in. Then waited for order window to open. If had been me I would not have placed order due to overall rudeness of female staff member. As it stands while enjoy Sonic Limades, will be foregoing in the future.

Came here as an Uber eats driver to pick up an order, parked at stall 3 around 07:50 pm on 2/19/24. Told them I was here for a Uber eats pick up and gave them the name, they told me they be out in a moment. I waited about 5-7 minutes then pressed the red button again. Repeated myself that I am here for an Uber eats order and gave them the name again, I heard someone on the speaker telling them that the order is right here. Waited another 5 minutes. At this point 3-4 cars go by the drive thru. I press the red button again and tell them I am leaving. One of the employees comes out and starts telling me I’m impatient about 3 more employees come out not even ten seconds after the first person and start recording me. Through out all of this I’m trying to tell them that they had me waiting like a fool and demand that I leave. Why am I being disrespected for your mess up!!! I am going to follow up and speak to the general manager

Went to just get a slush and it sat on the counter so long by the time we got them they were melted so we went back thru the drive thru and the women at the window asked us in disbelief said "when did come thru here like we were thrives! I said just now she says" I don't need your attitude" and slams the window in my face!
