I took my daughter there for a specific unicorn drink and they were out of the mix for that specific drink. She was pretty unhappy and we drove all the way over there just for that.
The food was great, but the wait was long, and there was trash on the ground
Wish I could go negative it's this sonic that has made me avoid sonic for going on 8 years now will never eat sonic ever again
The guy running orders was super nice and sweet and the people that work there are insanely nice but they really need more people. Took almost 30 minutes to get food.
Edit: Gone down to 1 star because the last 3 times we went in the last week they have not had slushies and didn't say anything until after we ordered food. You should tell people before they order if you don't have slushies not wait until they try to order one. Or put signs up or something.
The worst place ever... Manager did not care at all. Has me way over 10 min then when he was ready for me to order he was like soooooo like I was bugging him or something. After waiting 10 to 15 min. For him to do what ever it was he was supposably doing and then rudely asked what I wanted he informed me milk shakes are not available till tomorrow. So I left and I will NEVER RETURN!!! I WISH GOOGLE OFFERED 0 STARS CAUSE PLACES LIKE THIS REALLY DONT DESERVE A START ONE BITE.

Tiffany the “general manager” is the most unprofessional person there. I received better service from the regular team members there than I did her. She got a stank attitude and unacceptable customer service. I truly question the moral and ethics of your so called “managers”. Not ever coming back to this sonic again….this is damaging to your brands image.

I wanted to say thank you to the staff at this Sonics. My son ordered Door Dash and the driver picked up the drinks and didn't get the food. When the driver arrived without the food, I called this restaurant and spoke to Shamira. She was wonderful, friendly and said that she would hold the food so they can reorder from doordash. Doordash was able to give us a credit but the app would not let us reorder from the restaurant. We think they must have been closed. We are sorry the food got wasted because we couldn't reorder. We will definitely order again from this restaurant. Shamira and the staff went above and beyond for me and my family. Maybe a Sonic delivery tomorrow!
i was at the drive thru ordering my food and the guy kept interrupting me everytime i tried to order the food repeatedly saying “k” over and over customer service is terrible

I’ve ordered from here several times and my order was missing items in each occasion. They gave me things that didn’t even match what I ordered.
Arrived at 9:23 pm and the drive thru said something we couldn’t understand stand after waiting for like 15 mins and then we went to a stall and the man came on and said this sonic is closed for right now. We drove all the way over here for this and very disappointed.
I usually don’t have any issues with this store. They have forgotten an item from my order maybe twice or 3 times. No big deal. Upon paying for my meal, I’ve noticed the man at the register was taking longer than usual to swipe my card and returning it. The window slide was closed so I couldn’t see what he was doing. They were understaffed so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Later that evening, I have noticed they charged my card 2 extra times for 1 order of food so altogether they charged me for 3 orders of food which I was paying an additional $56.82. The charges were pending so I didn’t write a review yet. But today, the “pending” charges were finalized and that is why I am leaving this review. All I want, is my money back.
The drive up stations haven’t been open for months or longer (I moved here in January so at least since then). They haven’t had condiments other than ketchup anytime I’ve gone since January. They either ignore you or answer and tell you to use the drive-through.
The food tastes cooked with old grease, not the normal sonic I know.
They don’t accept digital payments anymore and they don’t accept bills higher than $20.
just came to get a drink and decided to order onion rings. they are so disgusting you can’t even bite them! so burnt. the window staff was yelling and cussing. horrible service. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
