Ordered few things, waited for long which is ok…..got my irder then drove forward and park in thier parking area since there are people behind waiting for their turn….then check my item iwhile at the parking area…. One burger #1 ….is mssing so i went back to let him know and he said he put the blue box in the bag…i said the only blue box was the fries which we have 3 blue boxes of fries but no blue box of burger….he even said ohh imma check the camera…told him go ahead coz there is no blue boc of burger in my bag…..
I don’t know how would this guy lie for one 1️⃣ burger…..don’t trust you
And by the way if you are drinking your redbull don’t put it where the syrup rack coz you might contaminate all of that…

One of my go-to fast food restaurants in town, my only complaint is that there can be upwards of a 10 minute wait for food without warning when I am the only car in the drive-through.

These workers don't know what they are doing. I was waiting at the stall for twenty minutes. I just asked if it was working. All I need was the response. End up going to the drive through wait in there, thirty five minutes. Horrible workers

This sonic is by far the worst I’ve ever been too. This location hasn’t had the drive-in option in at least a year it feels like. So be warned it’s drive-thru only . Every time I do go through the drive thru, the wait is long, and they are out of almost everything. Today was NO CRUSHED ICE AND ICE CREAM!! Not to mention I counted multiple homeless people parked in the drive-in stalls, digging through their cars with their stuff everywhere. The drive thru speaker and menu board are falling apart.
Ive wanted to make this post for a long time now. It’s honestly really unfortunate, when I first started coming to the sonic they had the drive-in stalls and car hops, and very rarely were they out of stuff. I don’t know what happened with this location, and I hope something changes because I really enjoy sonic. And I keep coming back periodically hoping something has changed.
I usually eat at 6th Ave. Picked this by mistake. The Hamburger was exactly as ordered and hot. They a re nvr hot. I'm coming bk to this one. The ice machine was down only drawback. I survived with the gr8 food.

their service is absurdly bad. i went through the drive thru at 3pm, had no answer when attempting to speak to the intercom, so i assume they are closed. i call back the next day and they not only do not pick up, but even hang up on purpose.

Tried to go through the drive thru to order, sat there for 10 minutes, 2 cars behind me in line. Customer behind me yelled out to me, is there anybody taking your order, I stated no to her, then said I'm gonna drive to the window, she said me too. So I drive up to the pickup window, the inside was dark, no employees there at all. It was only 8:40pm and this place was closed. Last time I was there, it took over 30 minutes to get my order, it was cold, my fry container maybe had 10 fries (large size)and my drink was horrible, & somewhat warm, hardly any ice. Basically my dinner was thrown into the garbage. PBJ I made at home was 5 stars, the service was amazing, and I didn't have to wear shoes!
