I normally wouldn’t write a review like this, but this was an awful experience. I was delivering through Uber, and the customer informed me that their order had already been reassigned twice. I was the third driver assigned to pick it up and he had placed it an hour ago. The notes stated to use the call system, which was completely fine, so I drove to the stalls.

I waited over 20 minutes after pressing the button multiple times before someone finally shouted something incoherent at me. When I asked for clarification, I was ignored again.

At that point, I disregarded the notes and went to the drive thru window, where I waited an additional 15 minutes. There was no one in front of me at the ordering speaker. When someone finally responded, they rudely asked, “What do you want?” I politely began explaining that I was there to pick up an order I had been waiting for, but before I could finish my sentence, I was told there were no orders and that it had already been picked up.

I understand that mix ups can happen, but the customer had clearly not received their order. This entire situation resulted in me wasting 45 minutes to an hour with no assistance or resolution. This means that the person trying to get food. Waited for almost 2 hours on a very simple order of a burger, drink, and sides.

Personally, I have no intention of stepping foot in this place until some substantial changes are made.

Ordered 6 small ice-creams as soon as I pulled up to the window I asked the guy if he had and drink carriers so that it wouldn't spill in my truck he just looked at says yes and continued to quickly pass them through the window and they didn't even bother to put the correct caps on so as I was grabbing them the lids just popped off spilling in my truck then just shut the window waiting for me to just pull off very poor service

The general manager is incompetent. That’s why the quality of this location is subpar. Honestly things would turn around if they had someone actually leading the store and not coming to work hating their life everyday.

Horrible experience especially with David
I just had one of the worst drive-thru experiences ever at this Sonic. The employee named David was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. He didn’t speak at all just opened the microphone and let me talk like I was barking into a void. The drive-thru was completely empty, yet he couldn’t even answer a simple question or confirm my order.
When he did make sounds, they were nothing but random, short grunts that didn’t even sound human. You can’t make an order properly because he doesn’t listen or care he just gives you whatever he feels like.
Honestly, if Sonic wants customers to come back, they should seriously retrain or replace this guy. Worst service I’ve had in years.

Homeless sleeping in the grass out front, told employees and they seemed just as cracked out as the homeless people in their yard!

Very embarrassing, this place used to be great, will not be taking my toddler back to this location until it is cleaned up

Ordered few things, waited for long which is ok…..got my irder then drove forward and park in thier parking area since there are people behind waiting for their turn….then check my item iwhile at the parking area…. One burger #1 ….is mssing so i went back to let him know and he said he put the blue box in the bag…i said the only blue box was the fries which we have 3 blue boxes of fries but no blue box of burger….he even said ohh imma check the camera…told him go ahead coz there is no blue boc of burger in my bag…..

I don’t know how would this guy lie for one 1️⃣ burger…..don’t trust you

And by the way if you are drinking your redbull don’t put it where the syrup rack coz you might contaminate all of that…
