I've been coming here for years. And when I have ordered a specialized drink. Not only are instructions followed, but the employees seem more closed off. Not interested in regulars. I get it's a job, but if someone else orders a drink that's a slight change. Make it to what they want, please?

Had my first coffee ever from Big Foot Java. The color of the coffee looked a little water down but man, when I began to sip on it, I couldnt comprehend just how good the drink was.
I ordered Mythical Mocha with decaf because Im trying to sleep and I have early morning flight tomorrow. I ordered it online because I needed to get home quickly. Man, the that mocha was actually mythical!!! I forgot to ask the barrista name to credit her but I literally just got home from getting the coffee (like I still have the coffee with me now). She made me want to come back tomorrow before my flight to get another mythical mocha! I guess ill say goodbye to Starbucks, GC and Dutch lol I dont know how to edit my coffee through google storefront doordash. Id like my coffee to have less ice. T_T Anyway, very grateful to decide to try!!

I've been going to this Bigfoot for years but lately the girls that have been working this location in the mornings are rude. Looks like they don't like each other so they take that out on there customers. Gravity coffee is just a couple blocks down with better customers service!!

If I could give less than one star I would. Avoid this location at all costs. They are slow and rude. They give you an attitude and dirty looks when you tell them how you want your coffee made. They also do bot use their walk up window, they just ignore you. I would call the Corporate Office and complain but they won't do anything except make excuses why their Employees poor customer service is acceptable.

Ordered a Banana Smoothie and it was made with artificial syrup. Every other Big Foot uses real fruit puree... absolutely disappointed! Should have went to Cafe Elite
So this review is on a custom drink ordered on Sunday 7/21/24, the milk curdled the next day and to be thrown out. The frustration is trying to get a refund for this drink. On Monday after 7pm, I was told at this location that I have to talk to Mylisha who works 4am-10am. So on Tuesday I drove over at 9:40am to be told Mylisha was not in on Tuesday and to send an email to Cassie including a copy of my receipt. I have sent an email to Cassie and waiting for a response. I am really disappointed by this refund policy and this the first terrible drink I purchased at this location. ???☕

idk what it is with the employees at this location but my drinks are ALWAYS wrong. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. no one gets it right. you’re literally entering my order in on the tablet and yet the drinks you hand me is completely different. PAY ATTENTION! that’s all i ask. other than that, they’re nice people and i would say the drinks are good but i never get the right order lol
