Don’t get the strawberry boba no taste at all even though it was recommended by the staff she didn’t even offer to remake sumn else horrible customer service had to by another drink
This place is really gross, from the smell of the place to how unsanitary it is there. Never coming back.
Mold in my tiramisu, told the guy who made my boba that there was mold in the tiramisu and he simply said “that’s not mold”. Disgusting.
I’ve been going here for months with my kids, but I order for the first time and I got the oolong milk tea with boba 🧋There was NO boba and it wasn’t even half full! * I took a picture with it upside down to show that it’s still sealed & untouched.
Background: my sibling ordered 4 drinks and didn’t notice it until it came home. I would’ve taken it back to show the store, but I had family over, and it was close to closing. I will stick to my normal go-to boba tea place.
Smelled like spoiled milk, and staff was not friendly.
Very off-putting odor immediately upon entering. There is a strong air freshener attempting to cover up a 'litter box' type smell. The air was also very thick and warm which felt a little suffocating. Also, a pretty decent selection of flavors available but both the boba & soda were very watered-down.

Came here for the first time as it’s the closest boba place to us and neither of the both workers there acknowledged us as we entered. One only talked (about the order) when we ordered. Nothing else. Not even when the drinks were ready did they say anything. They just stared at us. Never going back there again due to bad customer service. I would prefer to drive farther to get good customer service. It’s a shame since the drink was actually good.

It smelled funny when I walked in, and my bubble tea tastes weird. The health department rating is just “okay” - when I was last here over six months ago, the tea was great.

Ordered three drinks and was excited to try them, until we saw one of the workers eat leftover strawberry smoothie from the actual mixing spoon, not once, but several times from the actual blender….out in the open, right behind the counter where they make the drinks. Immediately after eating from the blender, she went to the sink and simply rinsed the blender and spoon with water and put it away with other dishes that appeared to be “clean.” After walking out and seeing their health rating as okay, we’re absolutely certain we won’t be back.

Mango smoothie. I think it was about $7.
Tasted icy. Wouldn’t come here again.
Not many places to sit.
A friend and I walked in and waited a while before someone came out to help us. No apology.

Okay on the health report. I’m thinking it has something to do with the sour smell.
All it is is ice and milk. I ordered a brown sugar boba milk tea for the final time. My first was really good, but I haven’t like anything I’ve tried since.

Pretty disgusting establishment, came in to get a drink and the person working here was vigorously picking clumps of something out of her very thick fake eyelashes and flicking it onto the ground and not making eye contact the entire time I made my order then proceeded to make my drink without cleaning her hands or putting gloves on. Yikes. Curious about what the possible consequences of something like this could be health wise or even if a health department worker saw something like this happening… staff need better training on handling and food safety. I think the owners responses to some comments claiming they think “competitors” are making the negative reviews about their establishment is pretty ridiculous and obviously not true. I’m a real person, a real person who will be contacting the health department to file a complaint, just like the other ppl who have come here and seen this stuff should do. Public safety is no joke people can literally die from unsafe food handling. And I would say it’s pretty clear the owners here are truly underestimating the severity of their actions/ establishments sanitation situation. I don’t understand how this place is in business
