It wasn’t even busy—just me standing there with an empty half & half while five folks behind the counter chatted. A few made eye contact, but no one jumped in. Not the end of the world, but as a former Partner, I know how those little moments shape how people feel. These days, with $6 drinks, I think folks are just hoping for a bit more of that old Starbucks vibe.

Was served by an excellent employee named Casper in the drive through. Got my food fast and made excellent conversation. Really appreciated their friendliness.

Starbucks has gotten so gross. Watered down burnt coffee, the food is horrible except the grilled cheese. I had to stop going because it is just not hitting the spot anymore.
