They refused to sell me ice because they can’t just sell ice. Weird lgbt people
It wasn’t even busy—just me standing there with an empty half & half while five folks behind the counter chatted. A few made eye contact, but no one jumped in. Not the end of the world, but as a former Partner, I know how those little moments shape how people feel. These days, with $6 drinks, I think folks are just hoping for a bit more of that old Starbucks vibe.

Starbucks has gotten so gross. Watered down burnt coffee, the food is horrible except the grilled cheese. I had to stop going because it is just not hitting the spot anymore.

One of my favorite Starbucks to stay and drink my coffee. Roomy, has comfy chairs and clean outside drinking in the shade.

The customer service was terrible through the drive thru the employee got mad at me for coming through the drive through 3 minutes after placing my order even though there was a line. I arrived at the window when it estimated so there should’ve been no issue with me making it easier on them by already having my order placed before getting to the drive through. With the attitude the employee gave it would also make sense for why my drink didn’t taste correctly by them putting whole milk instead of the almond milk I requested.
