Went today. They were having issues with headset and we had to repeat order like 4-5 times. The drink I ordered is one I get regularly from multiple other Starbucks locations and they made it wrong then proceeded to argue with me about it being made wrong instead of offering to fix it. They didn’t offer to make it right and we were waiting like 20 min for 3 items. Worst service ever.

Awful parking lot and they are busy which means they're often out of what I want... Other than that it's a Starbucks. They're clean, well run, well staffed and overpriced.

Tge only thing that bugs me is the temp for the water for tea's. WAY TOO HOT. Ihave burned myself several times and evn a double-cup doesn't keep from getting burned fingers and hand.

Ordered a grande dirty chai, and a grande mocha. Received partially filled cups. About 12 ounces of coffee and the rest whipped cream that still didn’t reach the top. Removed my tip from the app.

I ordered a Frappuccino. They got it all wrong. They charge me 80 cents for a shot of flagring. I never got my flavoring. They made a mess of everything. The fabric shoulder went all over the cup. He cleaned it off with a dry napkin. And then when I asked for a wet napkin so I could wipe it up. He got p***** off, so I got p***** up. And they still won't give me my 80 cents back. They're trying to remake my drink or give me a sight of my flavoring shot. Why would I do that? That is just pathetic. Do not go to this starbucks

Barista didn’t pay attention to order and added way too much milk. Cappuccino takes like a cup of hot milk and not coffee. I was the only person in the store.

I usually avoid Starbucks like the plague but the other morning I stopped by this location to grab a tea before work because I was out at home. I ordered, paid and proceeded to stand for 20 minutes before walking-out because I was late. The place was empty and I get that there’s a drive-thru and you can order online for pick-up, but how hard is putting a little hot freaking water in a cup? The pickup counter had more than a dozen orders sitting on it for people who weren’t there.

Went through the drive through, where I had to correct the batista 3 times regarding my coffee order. When I finally received my order, and was on the road the coffee order was still wrong, and then when I looked at my bank transaction tonight I saw that I was charged $28 for two americanos.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The girl with orange/ginger hair is SO RUDE, and acts entitled for a tip. She was talking to me like I’m some dumb little kid. I’ve worked customer service, and was a barista for 5+ years. From experience I can say, if you don’t like your job then LEAVE. Stop making customers feel uncomfortable because you have a nasty attitude. I always tip my baristas $5+ when they give me GOOD service, but this was not one of them. Hire better workers or discipline your baristas, I’ll be sticking to Big Foot Java. At least they’re nice, and don’t charge $10 for a coffee, and they don’t support Israel.

OK, we had the weirdest experience ever at a STARBUCKS during a recent drive through visit. I'm not sure if the guy that was taking our order new, but it was one mishap after another. It was REALLY bad! And took an exceptionally long time. I hope he got his act together, as we all have to learn, either that or found different employment.
