Always come here since it’s next to my job but today they messed up one drink that was supposed to be iced but they fixed it but As I drove off I realized they messed up my iced pumpkin cream chai also🥲. I have no clue what they gave me but it kinda tasted like black coffee and I couldn’t even go back since I was already half way in the freeway. Still love this place tho

Not a friendly place anymore, the drive-thru today September 12th the girl with the red hair it was not a good experience no good customer service.

I am super frustrated. This morning the drive thru took almost 15minutes. I understand things happen at work but this was just too much.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! Love the bright and cheery personalities when pulling through. Also obsessed with the Horcata Oatmilk drink right now. Try it with vanilla cold foam if you want, but keep in mind the cold foam is not dairy-free.

I was going to have an accident if I couldn't use the restroom immediately upon entering the coffee shop. I didn't think that would be much of a problem considering I still had to wait for my coffee partner to get out of his vehicle and into the store.
The gal I requested restroom use from definitely made it apparent that she was not wanting to give me that door code unless I put some money in her till first. Maybe the desperation in my voice and on my face is what changed her mind. Once I came back out of the restroom, she never spoke to me once.
I even stood around checking out every single cup, mug bottle, press etc. To no avail.
So I went to the drive thru in the McChevron parking lot instead.

I'm so tired of this location not opening on time. I understand things happen, but this occurs far too often. It's 4:55 am, they're supposed to be open at 4:30. If the employees aren't able to handle opening at that time, then at least change your posted hours, as to stop inconveniencing your customers.

I honestly haven't had Starbucks in a great many years. I used to hate the taste of Starbucks coffee but I was desperate and my drink turned out pretty all right. The staff at the drive-thru was really quick and nice.

I've gotten coffee from there multiple times that has an overwhelming metallic flavour. Additionally, they mess up the food items often

Negative stars and never going back to this location, and we’ve been regulars. Today, the drive thru line was super slow, and when we finally got our drinks, all three were wrong. THE KID’s STEAMER HAD COFFEE in it. Thank goodness our 5 year old had a good nose and gave his drink to us to taste test immediately. THIS IS ACTUALLY THE SECOND TIME THIS LOCATION GAVE MY KID COFFEE. We suspect they had put a shot of the ristretto into the kid’s steamer because my husband’s flat white tasted watery and may have gotten only a single shot of the ristretto when his order should be a double shot. And the tall matcha latte I ordered which I asked for three scoops of matcha clearly had only two scoops. This location is a disaster. They either need to train or fire their barista or just fire their barista.

When I walk in I was greeted by Gwen who took my order I order I pink drink medium size paid for it and waiting good 10 mins for my drink the drive threw lady told me someone will help me in a min and all wanted was I paid for then Gwen scream at me were backed up it's coming out geez call this great customer service boy she needs to check her attitude..
