Went through the drive through, where I had to correct the batista 3 times regarding my coffee order. When I finally received my order, and was on the road the coffee order was still wrong, and then when I looked at my bank transaction tonight I saw that I was charged $28 for two americanos.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. The girl with orange/ginger hair is SO RUDE, and acts entitled for a tip. She was talking to me like I’m some dumb little kid. I’ve worked customer service, and was a barista for 5+ years. From experience I can say, if you don’t like your job then LEAVE. Stop making customers feel uncomfortable because you have a nasty attitude. I always tip my baristas $5+ when they give me GOOD service, but this was not one of them. Hire better workers or discipline your baristas, I’ll be sticking to Big Foot Java. At least they’re nice, and don’t charge $10 for a coffee, and they don’t support Israel.

OK, we had the weirdest experience ever at a STARBUCKS during a recent drive through visit. I'm not sure if the guy that was taking our order new, but it was one mishap after another. It was REALLY bad! And took an exceptionally long time. I hope he got his act together, as we all have to learn, either that or found different employment.

While this particular Starbucks is in what has become a sketchier part of town, one particular barista always stands out as a beacon of positivity and competence. Destini, as my girlfriend puts it, is an absolute doll. She shines at what she does, helping her fellow baristas and making each customer feel seen and cared for. She is the definition of creating the Third Place! I’m surprised she isn’t a supervisor yet because she shows such obvious leadership and charisma with staff and customers alike. If she ever wants to develop, I hope Starbucks takes her seriously as she is an easy choice. Thank you Destini for consistently making me and my girlfriend both a delicious drink and making our day!!

Starbucks has fallen Ober the years. Their coffee, in my opinion, is not what it was years ago. I used to enjoy the coffee back in the 90's . I even worked there in '98 . The coffee was rich and very flavourfull. I like dark roast drip coffee. When we would pour the espresso into the grinder it was so oily and dark. The way it should be. Now (I'm back in their employ) it pours just the same as pike's place. We used to weigh the coffee to brew now it is meted out by a big spoon. I think they've lost more people than gained by listening to the "Burnters"!

Didn't call me when my drink was ready, when I picked it up, probably 5 mins after it was done, it was BOILING hot. They burnt the milk in the mocha. If you can't steam milk then your shouldn't be a barista. Find a different one!

One of the female employees who opens this location doesn’t open on time and if you knock she gets mad and has an attitude about doing her job this is sad because I always have a great experience at other Starbucks I go to whoever is running this location please talk with your employee she is a white female with shoulder length sandy blonde hair.
