When they choose to not allow you to ADD CREAM or SUGAR to a TOGO COFFEE order via DOOR DASH, and make you drink your coffee black, it ruins the entire coffee experience.
Next time I'm in TACOMA my money will go to the other coffee places where it's 'not a problem' to ask for CREAM and SUGAR.
Reading the other reviews, looks like this store is not known for being customer focused, too bad, I love Starbucks and I hate writing bad reviews.

Wasn't willing to exchange food that was ordered on a delivery which was early in the morning... When the bag was sealed ... And when I went to the customers. building front where to deliver it to .. at 500 in the morning.. the bag all the sudden poured out of the bottom and ruined the order.. I was devastated. I always believe in customer service and the customer was understanding, I was displeased that the place wasn't 🫣offering to replace the order even with the return of the bag.😞. I gave the customer a discount for the next order and a free same order the next time they order .. I felt bad and it's the right thing to do! ✌️😊

Was supposed to be open. Got to it there was a handwritten sign saying we will reopen when power comes back on... it WAS on before I even approached the door, and they just shook their head no. Then they turned OFF the lights as I left.

Stopped giving water to the homeless without a purchase. This place doesn't deserve to be open. People need their basic needs and you can't even use the bathroom. Bye starbees!

Always messing up orders and the worker at the counter had no clue what a Java chip Frappuccino was.
On my way to this location, a lady was blaring her horn at us like we weren't already going over the speed limit, she also tried to pass us very very unsafely We both end up in this store and I confronted her to tell her she needed to drive safer. I never swore or said anything mean and the supervisor treated me like I was being threatening. He actually asked me to step aside and away from the pick up table that her and I were both at. They treated me as if I was being aggressive. And lied trying to say that it was store policy not to talk to people like I was, which was very polite All things considered.

I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of the manager at store 3226. Not only did he not fulfill my order correctly, but he also displayed inappropriate and discriminatory behavior towards me. It is unacceptable for any employee, especially a manager, to touch a customer without their consent and refuse to serve them based on their race. This type of behavior is not reflective of the values of Starbucks and I refuse to support a company that allows it. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future.

Very informational about drinks. Can't have to sweet so they give me heads up on a blue chia tea that i can sweeten myself. Very Very smooth and soothingly comforting. Nice job gang! Keep it up!! Thank you ?

What can I say, it's the original Starbucks. Of course there was a 30 minute wait. No, I wouldn't have waited without my wife wanting to. I did it anyway and I'm glad I did. I'm not huge into coffee drinks but I dabble into the Chai Lattes here and there. I'll tell you what, this is the real deal. Not to mention, even though things in that store were chaotic (employees working their tails off for the customers) they took the time to converse, connect, and deliver excellent service. I absolutely would wait in line for this one folks. A gem.
