On my way to this location, a lady was blaring her horn at us like we weren't already going over the speed limit, she also tried to pass us very very unsafely We both end up in this store and I confronted her to tell her she needed to drive safer. I never swore or said anything mean and the supervisor treated me like I was being threatening. He actually asked me to step aside and away from the pick up table that her and I were both at. They treated me as if I was being aggressive. And lied trying to say that it was store policy not to talk to people like I was, which was very polite All things considered.

I am extremely disappointed in the behavior of the manager at store 3226. Not only did he not fulfill my order correctly, but he also displayed inappropriate and discriminatory behavior towards me. It is unacceptable for any employee, especially a manager, to touch a customer without their consent and refuse to serve them based on their race. This type of behavior is not reflective of the values of Starbucks and I refuse to support a company that allows it. I hope that appropriate action will be taken to address this issue and prevent it from happening to other customers in the future.

Very informational about drinks. Can't have to sweet so they give me heads up on a blue chia tea that i can sweeten myself. Very Very smooth and soothingly comforting. Nice job gang! Keep it up!! Thank you ?

What can I say, it's the original Starbucks. Of course there was a 30 minute wait. No, I wouldn't have waited without my wife wanting to. I did it anyway and I'm glad I did. I'm not huge into coffee drinks but I dabble into the Chai Lattes here and there. I'll tell you what, this is the real deal. Not to mention, even though things in that store were chaotic (employees working their tails off for the customers) they took the time to converse, connect, and deliver excellent service. I absolutely would wait in line for this one folks. A gem.

Ordered a traveler through the app, snagged a cup of ice water when I arrived, used the bathroom (which was above satisfactory with regard to cleanliness), departed smoothly. One is best served if they treat this as an “order ahead, duck in, GTFO” location. Not for chillin, just for fueling up.

I was trying to get coins for the meter outside the Starbucks at UW Tacoma so I could take her to her academic advisor meeting and was DENIED! The guy at the register was cool but the manager on duty said "You have to make a purchase to open the register" I was wearing my work uniform (Federal), had $2 in my hand, no one else was in line, and they couldn't do that for me. I went across Pacific to Anthem Coffee and they didn't hesitate. The worker opened up the till, gave me some quarters and said, thanks for coming in. That's customer service. I was going to buy something from the conglomerate when my daughter's meeting was done but now we will go to Anthem instead. Thanks Starbucks for giving me a better option for coffee and my business.

This location no longer has tables and chairs, so expect to take your order to go. Huge disappointment, I didn’t notice until after I’d already paid $10 for a snack and drink. Given the location (right next to the University) you’d figure this is somewhere you could sit and study, work, etc. I cannot get past the atmosphere, but otherwise the service was great- staff were friendly, drink was made quickly and accurately.
