Drive thru teammates are very friendly
If there is 0 star I will choose it definitely!!Very bad customer service I got it at the drive trough today at 3:50pm,, the lady was middle age like 47-48 dusty blond hair and hazel eyes, at begging she said few minutes, after exactly 7 minutes I said hi again to order my drink, and she answered in very bad, rude way saying “ I TOLD YOU FEW MINUTES “ !!! That not professional way you talk with the customers, she needs to learn a lot of skills how to talk customers.. I left the line without order any thing this is not first time for her!! In General the previous workers in drive trough couple months ago were better than now !!!

Wow. Okay never again Starbucks location
Decent location, I really don't like how Starbucks has revamped all of their coffee shops as the interior is a lot less comfortable and more abrasive. Not very easy to sit and do work for 30 minutes but I guess people don't do that anymore. Otherwise everyone was pretty nice, coffee was decent
We love this coffee shop especially in the spring and summer for sitting outside because we can bring our dog. I do wish they would add more choices of muffins besides just blueberry only.

We order from this store daily, Monday through Friday, and have it delivered via doordash.
Normally, I'd let this go and leave the issues with doordash, but the last 4x we ordered, there have been issues like in these pictures.
I'd believe it was a doordash issue, except that the contents are always dried out and the packaging is sticky, which doesn't happen when we are less than a half mile from the location.
For a company that just does coffee, this is ridiculous.
We have now opted to just buying a Keurig for the shop and will be making our own coffee because we have wasted so much money on coffee that never seems to make it to us full.
I know we are just one customer and this won't do much of anything, but I still feel others should see what to expect from this location.
If we treated our customers like this, we would be out of business.
Do better.
ADDING DUE TO RESPONSE:
This isn't a doordash problem. They don't fill the order and leave it half full.
I find it hard to believe that they mess it up when all they do is pick it up in a SEALED delivery bag, that is SEALED by your staff.
Judging by your response to this review, I can now see why this problem even exists in the first place.
As opposed to taking responsibility for your employees and having the necessary conversation to correct the issue, we just pass the buck.

Inappropriate behavior by a Starbucks employee
Today I witnessed inappropriate behavior by a Starbucks employee at the coffee shop located at Regents Plaza, 6720 Regents Blvd W, University Place, WA 98466
I was in the coffee shop, bought a large cappuccino and at 6:58 I headed to the restroom as the coffee shop was closing at 7:00. When I exited the restroom at 7:01 to leave the coffee shop, there was a Starbucks employee standing at the exit of the coffee shop who physically blocked me from leaving the coffee shop by locking the door and blocking the exit of the coffee shop with her body. For 30 seconds she held me inside the coffee shop and prevented me from leaving the Starbucks coffee shop. She told me that it was unacceptable for a guest to be in the restroom of the coffee shop after 7pm because the coffee shop closes at 7pm sharp. I do not know the name of the employee in question, but she wears glasses. I am sure you can track this incident on the cameras and understand who the person in question is.
I am a loyal customer and buyer of this coffee shop and have spent over $500 for 2023 purchasing coffee from Starbucks (you can look at my Starbucks rewards program). This employee has already behaved in a non-customer-oriented manner on multiple occasions and allowed herself to be rude to me, but I have tolerated it.
I don't know why this employee allowed himself to hold me illegally in the coffee shop for 30 seconds. Probably because I am an immigrant and do not speak English very well and cannot verbally defend my position.
I want to let you know that next time I will be filming this employee's violations on camera, posting them on the internet and calling the police to charge this employee with unlawful restraint.
