I rarely get Starbucks at Safeway but it was a beautiful day and I was feeling inspired. And the women who helped me were wonderful. The younger one was Elena and I can't remember her partner's name. We talked about my reusable coffee cup and pottery and I left feeling happy and taken care of. It was a lovely interaction.

The employee I had just now was extremely unprofessional. She put broken stoppers in our drinks and it just felt really bad. She was very curt and unfriendly. I will not be visiting this particular starbucks ever again.

This Starbucks has significantly improved after its renovation. I placed my order and everything was available and ready to go without a long wait. Before the reopening, it was hard to get the sausage, bacon, and egg breakfast wrap. But to my surprise, they had it today. The staff was warm, friendly, and confirmed my order. My drink and food was served to perfection. I can't wait to spend a lot of time here in the fall. Great job, Starbucks. You knocked this one out of the park!

I went to the Drive-Thru and this girl taking my order was just rude, did not ask for what size I wanted, nor hot or iced and just gave me my total, she gave me the wrong drink and blamed it on me for not telling her when she was rushing me and did not even ask if I wanted anything else after my drink order. She did everything wrong and was super rude.

Love this Starbucks. All of the employees very freindly. Great neighborhood hang- out...excellent service, delicious coffee and choice of tasty foods..☕☕

Normally helpful, quick and worth the trip. Recently anytime I want to buy a cold brew no cold brew sub water. They won't even charge me saying shortege of cups. Bit if I instead wanted to dehydrate with the cold brew I would have been able to order it?! Gonna use a different coffee shop now. Thanks for your time Starbucks corporation.
