I ordered two Strawberry Refresher drinks without water or lemonade, just strawberry juice, and what I received were two tasteless, unsweetened drinks. I will never come back here again. A Black man made the drinks, and they were terrible; I don't understand how he can work as a bartender. If I could, I would give zero stars.

When I arrived, I greeted the staff politely but was ignored while they continued their conversation. When one of the baristas finally acknowledged me, her “good morning” and subsequent responses were flat and dismissive. When I mentioned I’d placed a mobile order, she replied rudely, “Yeah, it’s over there,” as if helping a customer was an inconvenience. Even her “have a nice day” came across condescendingly.
I appreciate good coffee, but I also value basic courtesy and professionalism. There are plenty of Starbucks locations with both great drinks and kind service, so I’ll be visiting those instead.

Employees are always so helpful first things in the morning i ordered an iced lodon fog and it was like they got the fog straight from London it was amazing. Best London fogs in town
Parking: Handicap spots right by door and plenty of parking spots

Got a iced london fog latte today unfortunately it wasn’t made in a timely manner and also the drink was made incorrectly. They ended up making a iced earl grey instead which is very different. As a former Starbucks employee I'm super disappointed to see lack of accuracy and efficiency. If you want coffee made correctly please drive anywhere else.

We ordered our drinks and didn't receive them for almost 15 minutes. Other people who ordered after us received there drinks faster then us. There was no sorry or nothing. If you are understaffed that's not customers problem.
