Like the location we use the drive thru. Great place, only downside is drive through access. Plenty of queue space if you do not approach using the 72 nd street exit entrance. Instead approach from the 72 nd street intersection. If you dine in you could be blocked in until traffic to the drive thru dies down.

Stopped by the Starbucks on S 72nd St in Tacoma, and it’s definitely one of the busier locations I’ve seen. Getting into the parking lot can be tricky as it’s only accessible from one direction, and using the intersection is pretty much required. The drive-thru cuts right through the lot, which adds to the traffic and makes parking feel a bit chaotic during peak times. That said, the interior is surprisingly spacious and clean, with a nice setup and a small patio area that’s perfect when the weather’s good. Bathrooms are available, but you’ll need a code to access them. It’s nice that they have that extra layer of security, though it’s a bit inconvenient if you’re in a rush. The employees seemed efficient but not particularly warm. It is probably because they’re constantly slammed with orders. Still, my drink came out right and relatively quickly considering how busy it was. This isn’t the Starbucks you come to for a quiet, slow morning, but it works if you’re passing through and know what to expect.

I only go here because they are 24 hours and I have to work at 3am sometimes, but it NEVER FAILS THEY DO NOT MAKE MY DRINK CORRECTLY NO MATTER WHAT! I HAVE BEEN THERE 3 TIMES AND ORDERED A SHAKEN ESPRESSO ICED AND ITS BEEN TRASH EVERYTIME. IF U DONT KNO HOW TO MAKE A DRINK THEY CAN LOOK IT UP P, ITS ON THERE SCREEN IVE BEEN YOLD BY OTHER STARBUCKS THAT DO MAKE MY DRINKS CORRECTLY. THEY SUCK AT THIS LOCATION IN THE EARLY MORNING.
Everybody here is great except Jayce, chase idk her name red hair and awful makeup I saw her being extremely rude to a customer and then shaming a 'partner' for not rounding up her change her attitude was extremely unprofessional.
