The barista Jovanna at this location is extremely Helpful and accommodating, and never once balked at my inability to order due to not understanding how to order. On top of that, she kept my health in mind, knowing that I have diabetes and helped me create the perfect drink that would not spike my blood sugar. I do so wish that Starbucks would have more sugar-free options so that people with diabetes could be able to come to Starbucks and get a drink and enjoy not having to make it themselves. Overall This location is very accommodating and the barista that helped me was super kind and nice. Great job Jovanna!

Dietary restrictions: There needs to be more sugar-free flavors for people with diabetes and other health conditions that need to leave sugar out plain coffee is not really fun to drink and only having sugar-free vanilla available. Kind of sucks.

Parking: At this location, the parking is very limited and you would have to walk a long ways if you have disabilities in order to get to the Starbucks if there is not a spot available it’s almost always full in the air and the last time I came by did not have a spot for me to park fortunately, this time somebody was just pulling out so I got one

Love how this location is 24hrs which is convenient. Been here several times. It can get very busy. Parking is limited however, you may park at the plaza parking. Drive thru is also tight. Service is always great. I’m thankful that my drinks have been on point.

The partners at this Starbucks are fantastic, always very friendly and efficient. I go to this location often before/after classes and it’s always very clean and welcoming!

The service was fast. My drink very bland and flavorless. It was a quick stop on the way to the ice rink but I guess I should have kept looking for other coffee shops.

Thank You, at least the drive thru starbucks is open 24 hrs. Right off the I-5 in Tacoma. Yes, it can be out of the way. But, if your in the area the Iced White Chocolate Mocha was really good. 😊

Ordered cappuccino...only about 1/4in froth, basically received a latte.
Terribly burnt...too bitter to drink at all. Disappointing late night need for "pick-me-up" while on road trip.
Barista friendly that was only decent part of this experience :(

I will never, ever accept any delivery pickup from this place. The food is never ready and they keep some weirdo behind the counter dressed like a woman. This store also has no parking at all. Maybe two spots and it is always busy with morons paying 5 bucks for 5 cents worth of coffee.

I love that drive thru is open 24hrs, and they are friendly, though busy. But I just got a venti drink and it was mostly ice. Come on guys, I didn’t just pay $6.23 for a cup of ice!

I am very disappointed in today’s service. I ordered a Venti Iced Quad espresso, per usual. At times I can be soft spoken. I start off with Venti in the order. However a grande was made. No big deal. However, it is very disrespectful to talk poorly about your customers in front of them at the window. “She did say grande” with an attitude, another girl also affirming yeah she most definitely did. Regardless of the fact, they remade my drink. The passive comments and shift in customer service is distasteful and poor reflection of the work culture at the store. The gentleman at the window was very kind and apologetic for the situation at hand. I had asked him if they usually talk about their customers in front of them, he was very kind and compassionate and embarrassed for the interaction. Miss Ally, I apologize is I said “grande” but please take more pride in your line of work. People make mistakes and if you make a new drink there really is no harm or foul but that interaction I will remember and this is why people prefer to go to smaller coffee shops with more humble and upbeat feel. Order was around 7:40.
